The Myers-Briggs test partners with career consolers, at both high schools and colleges, The foundation also partners with private companies wishing to use the test.

Hires people to lead training courses, maintain there website, deal with costumer relationships, and licensing out the exam to institutions.

The test uses Jung’s theory’s of psychological types, there are 8 primary psychological types, this is the foundation is foundation of the test.

The costs consist of paying the salaries of their training facilitators and the upkeep of their website.

The Myers-Briggs tests value is in its unique approach to determining peoples personality types. Which is then often used to determine if someone would fit into a work place environment or not.

To have quality customer service. Which is conducted ether online through there site or via calling them.

Buying the rights to use it. Or through individuals signing up to take there training course online.

Organizations and individuals who wish to become licensed in administering the exam. Customers are only able to buy the test if they complete the MBTI Certification Program or meet there educational eligibility requirements. There other customers are people who take the exam online.

Revenue is from licensing to educational, psychology, and career development professionals. Other streams of revenue come from training courses which costs $1795 per person. Their last stream of revenue comes from people taking the test which is $50 per person.
