Construction of the six-story, 170-room all-suite hotel began on December 29th and is managed by Oldham Goodwin Development and Arch-Con Construction. Located at 2315 North Main Street, the 133,000 SF hotel is positioned to attract business and leisure travelers who desire a higher level of amenities and services of an all-suite hotel. Guests will enjoy spacious rooms, a gigabit of fiber, over 9,600 SF of indoor and outdoor pre-function space, an event courtyard, business center, conference and banquet space, fitness center, and an outdoor pool. The hotel’s top floor will feature presidential suites, along with a rooftop bar and restaurant overlooking downtown Fort Worth.

Conception to Creation The property was designed by Atlanta-based Niles Bolton Associates. Studio 11 Design, a Dallas boutique design firm, will handle interior design. The property will include customizations in the lobby and common areas to ensure the design complements the historic character of the Stockyards. Construction is expected to take 14 to 16 months with a completion date in the second quarter of 2019.
