The team has begun actively integrating new systems, particularly project management software, across hotel and outlet properties. This initiative aims to increase communication and collaboration throughout the entire lifecycle of marketing projects, from initial request to successful completion, streamlining processes for optimal performance.

Kristen Hallberg, Springhill Suites Stockyards accountant, won Accounting Manager of the Year and Daniel Luna, Sales Manager at Springhill Suites Stockyards won Revenue Manager of the Year. We are extremely proud of our whole Springhill Suites Stockyards team! Sarah Richards has moved from Hyatt Place College Station to our New Braunfels market, continuing her career growth as Dual Sales Manager at Courtyard and Fairfield. Hyatt Place College Station is welcoming Sarah Mayer to their sales team as the new Sales manager.
