OLE MISS REBELS
ATHLETICS Dear Prospective Employer, As the chief academic official of the Ole Miss athletic department and Director the FedEx Student-Athlete Success Center, we proudly present the resumes of the University of Mississippi graduating senior student-athletes. The resumes in this publication showcase student-athletes with a variety of experience both in the classroom, on the playing fields and in the community. Over the past five years, Rebel student-athletes have earned record overall team and overall cumulative grade point averages culminating in two of the first-ever 3.00 overall cumulative GPAs in program history. Many of these students were key members of their teams who helped to achieve unprecedented success on the courts, fields and ranges. This senior class has been a big part of the rise in student-athlete graduation success rates from 72% to 81% and also surpassed the graduation rate of the overall University of Mississippi campus for the first time in many years. As one of the most successful student-athlete classes in the history of the University of Mississippi, they have seen the amount of sacrifice necessary to post key successes in the classroom. We have great expectations for this accomplished class and know that their time at the University of Mississippi was well spent. The Ole Miss athletics department has great confidence in the abilities of the student-athletes featured in this publication and we know that they would make significant impact in your organization. Hotty Toddy,
Derek S. Cowherd Senior Associate Athletics Director of Student-Athlete Development FedEx Student-Athlete Success Center / University of Mississippi (662) 915 – 7122 (o)|cowherd@olemiss.edu
