TIP OFF • Ole Miss continues its four-game homestand Monday when the Rebels welcome the Bradley Braves to Oxford. • The Rebels are second in the SEC pulling down 41.3 rpg this year and third with a +5.9 rebounding margin. Ole Miss has outrebounded all but one opponent this year and are second in the SEC grabbing 14.7 offensive rpg. • With the win over Murray State, head coach Andy Kennedy moved into a tie with Rick Pitino for 19th on the SEC career coaching victories list with 219 wins. • Last season, head coach Andy Kennedy moved past MSU’s Rick Stansbury for the fourth-most wins by a head coach in their first 10 years after taking over an SEC program. Kennedy trails only Joe B. Hall, of Kentucky, (227), Billy Donovan, of Florida, (226) and Wimp Sanderson, of Alabama, (216) in SEC history. • Junior G Deandre Burnett ranks second in the SEC and 41st nationally in scoring averaging 20.4 ppg this sea son. He scored a career-high 41 points in the Rebels’ win over Oral Roberts in the Virgin Islands, which is the third most in the nation this year and was a Paradise Jam tournament record. His nine 3-pointers in the game was the second most in school history, one shy of Marshall Henderson’s school record. The Rebels have had an SEC scoring champion in three of the last four seasons. • Senior F Sebastian Saiz recorded his 14th career double-double with 15 points and 15 boards in Ole Miss’ win over Murray State. Saiz leads the SEC and ranks eighth nationally pulling down 11.6 rebounds a game and has five double-doubles this season, which leads the league and ranks 17th in the nation. He is averaging 16.0 ppg and 12.6 rpg over the last nine games and is the only player in the SEC this season averaging a double-double. Saiz is the league’s active career leader with 715 rebounds and is closing in Coolidge Ball, who ranks 10th in school history with 754 career boards. • Sophomore G Terence Davis recorded his second consecutive double-double with 16 points and 10 boards vs. Murray State. Davis is averaging 17.0 ppg and 11.0 rpg over his last two games.
