Optimism. Villas on Antique Row catches your eye. Your heart starts to pound, your eyes flicker. You smile as you choose your Villas home and sign the agreement making it “yours.” Inspire. You will meet with one of our preferred lenders to finalize your loan approval. They will tailor the best financing for your budget and lifestyle.

Enjoyment. Your sales consultant will help as you pick your design options to personalize your new home.

Joy. To reinforce our commitment to your satisfaction, approximately 30 days after your closing, we contact you to provide a complimentary paint and drywall touch up.

Discovery. You will meet with your personal community builder who will walk you through the building process and explain the construction timetable.

Anticipation. Now it is time for your pre-drywall walk-through. This allows you to look “under the hood” and see firsthand the quality built into your new home. We also make sure that all your selections are correct.

Wonder. The preferred lender and title company prepare your final closing papers and notify you what is required for your closing. Congratulations you now have the keys to your brand new Villas home.

Trust. Before we show your new home to you we conduct our own quality control inspection to ensure everything is in proper order and is up to your and our high standards. Excitement. About 3-4 weeks before your move in, we contact you to finalize the date of your new home orientation and schedule the closing.

At your new home orientation, which occurs just days before closing, we take you on a room by room tour to demonstrate the quality features and operating procedures for your new home and explain our new home warranty program.
