‘How to shoot the most photographed Indian wonder Taj Mahal?’ ... The only question I had in my mind when I arrived at Agra. The premises had every photographer’s footprint on it. It was a tough battle. How to be unique here? What’s not seen before? Every question raised inside me to find things which wasn’t found before, I was turned down. I gave up and decided to just take a walk around it, but I couldn’t resist pointing my camera at this magnificent wonder. In no time I realized that it’s not the picture that matters, it’s all about that moment I had goosebumps while touching those historical marble walls, brushing my fingers across those finely polished carvings and feeling the chillness it had kept within it. With an electrified mind and body and wondering about the techniques and skills of the artisans, I explored the Taj Mahal for the first time in my life.
