Welcome to the Healing From Within Workbook I am so excited that you made the choice to start rediscovering your power to heal yourself and change your life. Before you can heal emotionally, physically, spiritually and mentally and before you can manifest anything in your life, you have to know how to heal yourself from within. You are 100% responsible for the life you create. Your external world is a direct reflection of your internal world. Understanding how your Chakra system (internal world) works and how to heal it, will help you create the life you desire. This workbook is designed for you to work on each chakra at a minimum for 2 weeks starting with your root chakra and moving up to your crown chakra. You want to get some each chakra strong, supported and flowing with energy.
In the program, you will: • Understand the importance of the Chakra system and how it works • Learn about each individual chakra each week and how they affect your emotional, spiritual, mental and physical well-being. • Understand that you are 100% responsible for the life you create. Your external world mirrors your internal world. • You will learn how to become fully aligned and balanced. • Learn how to check your own chakras to see if they are balanced, as well as others too. • You will learn the concepts of Ho’oponopono (Forgive me, I am sorry, I love you, Thank you). An ancient Hawaiian art of living. • Erase (clean) old memories and thoughts and learn how to change the pattern of the situations we encounter by re-writing/re-learning how to react to them!! • You will increase your vibrational frequency so that old patterns, beliefs, limitations and fears will no longer be able to survive. • You will increase your inspiration. • You will increase your intuition. • You will learn tools to help you strengthen your chakras; meditations, color therapy, nature therapy, crystals, and essential oils

You will learn how to incorporate both Chakra cleansing and Ho’oponopon in your daily life to help you heal emotionally, physically, spiritually and mentally. Chakras and Ho’oponopono are two “cleaning” techniques that will help you clean old memories and DNA of limiting beliefs, pain and blocks from this life time, past life times and your ancestral lineage of all these memories. These are very magical, simple, powerful and very effective healing modalities that will help you on your journey to remembering who you truly are internally and start living a life full of joy and purpose again.
You have all the answers in you already, but along the way you simply forgot. It is time for you to remember who you really are and what you are meant to do in this world. Your healing journey starts with YOU and understanding that you are 100% responsible for your internal and external circumstances of your life. There is a direct correlation with what is going on in your internal world and how that influences your external world that you live in every day. It is time for you to start living a life of purpose, love and joy! The first step in doing this, is accepting that your external world is merely a reflection of what you created internally. It takes courage to explore your internal world and really look deep inside you. It takes courage to be accountable for the life you created and acknowledge the path your soul is on. It takes courage to look inward for answers instead of relying on the outside world. It takes courage to ask for help and support. When you are brave enough to align with your truth, you can free yourself of your limitations and experience true transformation. This is important to understand and accept this truth or you will not be able to transform your internal world to have the external world you desire.

Chakras In a world full of busyness, noise and distractions, it is important to keep our chakras healthy, strong, grounded, and aligned and our vibrational frequencies positive. Currently, we are witnessing massive energy shift towards spirituality in our world, causing more people to become more conscious and live a more aligned soulful and spiritual life. When our chakras are aligned and working properly, our energy flows creating the physical, mental, spiritual and emotional life we desire. When our lower chakras are blocked or compromised, it is difficult for energy to rise into the higher spiritual chakras, causing physical, mental, spiritual and emotional problems. Supporting are whole chakra system, starting with the lower chakras, is essential for a healthy chakra system. Much like the roots of a tree or the foundation of a building, if the base structure is not strong enough (your root chakra), it will not hold it (us) up to work efficiently and we will fall.
Raising Our Vibration The whole entire universe and everything in it (including us) is a place of vibration. Our goal is to raise our vibration spiritually, but we also have to remember, we are in an earthly body, having an earthly experience. Our goal is to remember to raise our vibration from an embodied, grounded place to truly experience awakening and enlightenment. In order to become more enlightened and connected, we don’t have to look externally. We don’t have to look outside of ourselves for the answer to be awakened spiritually or to free ourselves of emotional, physical, mental or spiritual pain. When we remember to look internally, deep inside of ourselves, we will discover our own light and joy that we already have inside us! The health of our chakras, determines the health of our vibration. In order to change our vibration to a higher frequency, we have to change our energy by working on our chakras to be strong and healthy to allow our energy to flow from one charka to the next.

Understanding Our Chakras Within each of us, we have a brilliant energy system that governs our life internally and externally. We actually have over 12 chakras that govern different areas of our lives (emotional, physical, spiritual, and mental). We will be discussing the 7 main chakras; root, sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye and crown. They are much like our own little self-generators, regulating and sustaining certain aspects of your life and health. They each have a specific task. When one is not working properly, it impacts the others. The state of your chakras/energy field determines the state of your life: your health, wealth, relationships, success, joy and so much more! We fuel our chakras by receiving energy from the universe. It then sends the energy to the specific chakra/area in our body that we focus on. Although each chakra has their own purpose and is very important, they work together as a whole. When one is blocked, it is difficult for the energy to flow to the next chakra.
Why Chakras Don’t Work Properly Just like us, our chakras become tired, ill and undernourished and then they cannot do their job properly. There are many influences on our chakras causing them not work properly; pain, darkness, negative influences in our live, and not consciously working on them. When we heal our chakras (energy system), our life and circumstances profoundly change.
Chakra Cleansing/Balancing Ideally, we should cleanse/balance all of our chakras everyday by using a chakra cleanse meditation. If you don’t have the time, then try starting with 2 or 3 times a week. Every time you cleanse/balance your chakras, you ignite them and open them to receive energy from the universe. Try to do the meditation in a place where you will not be disturbed as well. It is important to focus on each chakra to allow it to strengthen, for you to become familiar with it before you move on to the next.

Ho’Oponopono Ho’Oponopono is an ancient Hawaiian art of cleansing/erasing. It erases the memories that no longer serve us. Similar to chakra cleansing, it is a simple, but extremely effective method for healing and transformation. It is a process of forgiveness, repentance and transformation. When we use this tool, we are taking 100% responsibility for our lives. Ho’oponopono helps us remember that we ultimately have the power to choose between erasing (letting go) or reacting, being happy or suffering. It is always up to us. One of the most important practices in Ho’oponopono is answering the question “Who am I?” That is the most important question you can ask yourself. Discovering our true essence and purpose is the reason for our existence. Through this ancient practice, there are three parts of our mind: the superconscious (spiritual self), the conscious (mental), and the subconscious (emotional/inner child). Our subconscious mind has all of our stored memories that replay over and over again. All the circumstances that happen in our lives and all the people we meet, awaken these memories and give us an opportunity to be 100% responsible for who we are and by saying the following words below, it erases/cleanses are memories. It then allows space for new insight, growth and inspiration. There are four very powerful phrases that are said to do the cleaning/erasing of our memories and help us heal. I am sorry. Forgive me. Thank you. I love you.
Here are the 4 simple steps from start to finish cleaning a problem in your life: • Identify the problem. Ask yourself what is it in me that is causing the problem? What is making me feel this way? What is triggering me to react this way? • Use the four phrases to formulate your petition mantra • Send the mantra to The Divine. Internally repeat the phrases silently to yourself when the problem arises. • Repeat the mantra until the problem is resolved/ the feeling-reaction goes away. • Have no expectations. TRUST.

Root/Bavvse Chakra Grounding/ I AM The root chakra is the beginning of our journey on earth. It is like the roots of a tree or the foundation of a building. It must be strong to support the rest of your chakras and allow energy to flow into them.
Location: Between the perineum and between the feet.

Drive and Issues: To ensure one’s survival and make sure we have everything we need here on earth. Survival or will to live and Physical health.

Ways to nourish your root chakra Crystals: Obsidian, Jet, Hematite Essential Oils: Patchouli, frankincense, cypress Element: The root chakra is associated with earth. Walking barefoot in the sand, grass, gardening, hiking, earth sitting or dirt can be beneficial. Any time spent in nature is helpful for this chakra. Movement: all forms of movement including exercise and sport, environments in which you feel good and at home Color Therapy: Add red to your wardrobe, cover up in a red blanket, paint a canvas red and place it where you can see it every day. Nutrition: root vegetables, strawberries, apples, watermelon. Assignment: Choose at least 2 of these to help support your chakra.

Every time you take a breath and imagine the red color swirling around and around up from the earth and into this area. Throat Chakra I Speak: The throat chakra is the 5th chakra in our anatomy. Ability to express needs and desires, open and honest communication, creativity, surrendering personal will to divine will.
Location: Throat
Areas of the physical body: parathyroid, thyroid, bronchial, vocal chords, lungs, ears, neck
Drive and Issues: Governs your drive to express yourself authentically and originally. It oversees your self-determination, will and ability to speak your truth.
Focus and Meaning: Alignment with Divine Will through responsibility for actions; communication; creativity
Out of alignment: Inability to speak one’s truth, fear of speaking, difďŹ culty expressing feelings, underactive thyroid. Excessive: overactive thyroid, speaking too much

Ways to nourish your Throat chakra Element: The throat chakra is associated with ether (similar to spirit), so sitting in an open space under a clear sky is a fabulous way to get this energy flowing appropriately. Crystals: Sodalite Movement: Singing Chanting Toning and Meaningful Discussions, writing, listening, expression, acting, performing, public speaking Essential Oils: Peppermint, bergamot, basil Color Therapy: Add blue to your wardrobe, cover in a blue blanket, paint a canvas blue and place it where you can see it every day. Nutrition: Eat blue foods like blueberries, currants, dragon fruit, and kelp. Assignment: Choose at least 2 of these to help support your chakra.
Throat chakra meditation: Sit, stand or lay in a quiet place where you will not be disturbed. Take 10 deep breathes, to calm your mind. Now, imagine in the center of the earth, a big round ball full of different colors. This is the earth’s heart. Imagine that the color blue is flowing up from the ball, up through the ground and slowly making its way all the way to your throat. Every time you take a breath and imagine the blue color swirling around and around up from the earth and into this area. On your release of breath, all your tension, anxiety, memories are being released and let go.

Third Eye Chakra I See: The third eye is your sixth chakra in your body. You begin exploring your higher consciousness even further, expanding your awareness to what lies beyond the earth plane. This is the chakra that will seeks to develop your spirituality, your psychic abilities, mediumship and intuition. You will be able to “open your third eye”.
Location: Between your eye brows, in the middle of your head.
Areas of the physical body: Oversees the physical area of the head, the brain, pituitary gland, ears and eye.
Focus and Meaning: Higher love that seeks to nurture and protect all life, compassion, intuition, wisdom and imagination.
Drive and Issues: Your ability to transcend this earth plane and access wisdom.
Out of alignment: You can be very oversensitive to sounds, hearing, and drained from other’s energy, not trusting your intuition, migraines and headaches and sleep issues.
