SHIFT-KINETIC_WORKSPACE

With the traditional form of hierarchy seen in workplaces today, there is a loss of both communication and collaboration between employees, superiors, and production. It becomes necessary to branch away from this standard hierarchical design. SHIFT explores the exaggeration of an idea that places comfort, opportunity, and iteration in the hands of individual employees.

23

How does the future deal with direct communication?

How can automation work in our benefit?

How do we eliminate social hierarchy in the workplace? 24
