BALANCE Three studies consisting of line, plane, and a combination of both. A final composition is derived from principles taken from all three studies, balancing on a 2" x 2" area.
SEVEN WALLS Between two large volumes, a new space is created. In this space, seven walls dictate how it is traversed and read. Dividing the space into several differnent walkable urban areas, the walls serve as translators to tell people where to reside.
ATHANAEUM A single structure that embodies an incredible amount of different spaces. Using precedents gathered from around Cincinnati, a construction is created that embodies both the spirit of the surrounding site while creating its own.
