Sup Food For Superbowl Sunday!

This month see the 51st Superbowl in the USA and what better way to celebrate this sporting behemoth with some game day eats!? 10 Whole wings, 50ml Frank’s Red Hot Wing Sauce 1/2 tsp Paprika, 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder 1/2 tsp Ground black pepper, 1/2 tsp Salt Drizzle of oil Start off by prepping the wings, cut them in half and chop off that little (forgive the pun) flappy bit on the end. once you’ve done that you should have 20 wing pieces. Put the wings in a large freezer bag, add the oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Give them a good shake and then leave to one side for at least 30 minutes. Pre-heat the oven to its highest setting and once the wings have sat for a while, spread them out evenly on a baking tray. Roast the wings on high for 15 minutes, turning half way through. The wings should be super crispy when done. Finally, take the cooked wings and put them in a bowl, pour over the Buffalo sauce and give them a good shake making sure they’re nicely coated. All thats left is for you to get messy and enjoy.

Bacon & Garlic Baked Camembert

1 Camembert Wheel 2 cloves of Garlic 2 rashers streaky bacon bread for dipping

While the cheese is baking, cut the bacon into small chunks and dice the garlic. Then, in a small pan fry them until they are really crispy and leave to one side.

If you don’t have a specific bowl for melting your cheese an ordinary one will do the job just as well. Once the cheese in place cut the top into into 8.

Once the cheese is suitably melted and gooey and wonderful, mix in the bacon and garlic, slice some bread, pour some wine and dive in!

This will help you attack the cheesey goodness later on. once you’ve done that cover it and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes, or until it’s all gooey and melty and wonderful.

Teriyaki Beef

75ml White Wine Vinegar 75ml Kikkoman Soy Sauce 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce 2 tbsp Honey 1 tsp Garlic Powder 1 tbsp Oil Large piece of Beef Skirt around 10oz In the dish you will marinade the beef in mix together all of the ingredients for the marinade. Once done, marinade the beef for at least 4 hours, overnight and all day works a lot better. When you’re about ready to cook, heat a griddle pan until it is smoking hot.

Cook the beef either side for around 2 minutes on each and leave to rest in a warm place. In another pan reduce the leftover marinade until it has a syrupy consistency. Finally, cut the beef into strips making it perfect to share. You can either use the sauce as a dip or drizzle over the beef.
