PART II: CONTRACT SUBJECT II.1)

DESCRIPTION

II.1.1) Contract title: Design, manufacture and personalization of the National Sports Card for a period of 4 years.

II.1.2) Type of contract and place of delivery Type: Purchase.

Place of delivery: Sport clubs, federations and/or addresses of cardholders in Slovenia and location of subscriber: Olympic Committee of Slovenia, Association of Sport Federations, Celovška 25, SI-1000 Ljubljana.

II.1.4) Information on the duration of the contract Duration of the contract: 4 years II.1.5) Short description of the contract or purchase: Object of the contract is the design (by CGP proposals of the contracting authority), production, storage, personalization, sending and destruction of national sports cards, production and storage of application forms for the issuance of national sports cards, envelopes with a covering letter, special transport packaging and specimen of national sports cards with presentation brochure and necessary hardware and software for recording and reading electronic content of the electronic data on the national sports card.

QUANTITY OR SCOPE OF THE CONTRACT

II.2.1) Total quantity or scope The indicative quantity of national sports cards is 5200 in the first edition and subsequently a certain number in the second edition which to be made over a period of 4 years. A more detailed description of the framework and the quantities of each product that are subject of the contract are set out in the contract specifications.

AWARD CRITERIA

IV.2.1) Award criteria The most economically advantageous tender, taking into account the offer price, technical merits and functional properties of the card as well as operations and efficiency. The contracting authority will use the criteria to identify a suitable provider. In the event of two or more equal economically advantageous tenders subscriber will go into negotiations and will give priority to those with the lowest total financial impact for the subscriber while ensuring with offer defined technical merits and functional properties of the card as well as operations and performance.
