Endoscopic discectomy
Using a 1/4 Inch incision, and a 7mm tube coupled with an HD camera we enter the problematic space from an angle that avoids the spine. We then resect the offending portion of the disc, seal any tears in the disc effectively shrinking the disc. This technique reduces complications and infection rates while avoiding muscle disection. This leads to preserve spinal mobility and lessen post operative recovery time.
