President’s Welcome

Bellevue Proud

On behalf of the Greater Bellevue Area Chamber of Commerce, I am delighted to welcome you to the City of Bellevue and the Offutt Air Force Base Community. I hope you will let our annual Bellevue First Community Guide serve as a valuable resource for finding the best of everything in the City of Bellevue. For over 60 years, the Chamber of Commerce has proudly served the citizens of this great City, and we look forward to continuing in our mission to grow and support this incredible community. In this edition of the community guide, you will find listings of over 350 local businesses and organizations that work side-by-side with the Chamber to make Bellevue the best place to work, live and play. You will also find informative articles and letters from our top community leaders, sharing their focus and goals for Bellevue and the Offutt community in 2022. Bellevue has always been in the center of it all. As a young, thriving river town, we were the midpoint of westward expansion. As a strategic military command post, we continue to be at the epicenter of a global military power. Bellevue grew from the efforts and dreams of adventure seekers and immigrants who envisioned a better life, and that spirit is alive and well today. With a population of over 64,000 people, Bellevue has many vibrant businesses, 600 acres of trails, A+ rated schools, and a myriad of opportunities for entertainment and shopping. While we’re a collection of diverse people, we’re one Bellevue with the feel of a small town and the promise of a big city.

We love meeting new friends and look forward to working together with all of you to always find new ways to keep Bellevue as the heart of Nebraska.
