Dragon Mart’s location has a total land area of 100,000 square meters. Land development were subdivided into 2 Parts. The first part, which the Dragon Mart and Warehouse Facility are situated has a total area of 30,000 Sq.M and another 38,000 Sq.M. dedicated for Parking Area. Future expansion area for warehouse facility, which is also part of the 2nd part has a total area of 20,000 Sq.M. Dragon Mart has 408 shops, 40 Kiosks and 15 restaurants for the food court, Bank Outlets with ATM Machines and Money Exchange Shops which are currently open for occupancy.
