He mostly contributed i n notable design projects in various government offices during his 5 yrs of experience in Muscat, Oman. Jhune plays a major role for Oman Concept as the Design Manager making sure that all the design proposals are provided according to the clients need w ith a h igh quality o f project s upervision. Jhune i s passionate about design, and seeks to use his creativity, organization, and enthusiasm to produce successful projects.
Jasmin Caparas Marketing Manager
Jassy specializes in high-end boutique, commercial and hospitality design. Prior to working as an Interior Designer, She is particularly involved in Client Interaction during the process of approval, design presentation and negotiation. S he supports the overall operations of the office as well as manages and monitors the critical details in project purchasing. Her major role in Oman Concept is to promote its product and design services t o the Market with a strategic and professional approach ensuring the clients of continuous quality service.
THE TEAM
Design Visualization Architects, designers, and engineers use visualization to communicate complex and abstract information in ways that a project’s stakeholders (e.g., management, client, public, etc.) can understand. It is also used to detect errors in their design, and make informed decisions throughout the design process. Architecture Visualization is used throughout every stage of architectural design, including Form and Modeling Studies, Light and Shadow renderings, and Walk-through and Fly-by animations. These visualizations are often used for design reviews, community involvement, public relations, and sales & marketing materials. Civil Engineering There is a growing demand for visualizing data for civil engineering, including road planning, railway, and construction. Visualizing before and after scenes helps the civil engineer to demonstrate how a project will be portrayed before construction even starts. Manufacturing designers of industrial machinery, transportation, and consumer products use visualization to explore and communicate their designs before its built. Effective visualization speeds time to market, and will often reduce the number of costly physical prototypes required before manufacturing a product. Interior Design The Planning of interior environments, the effectiveness of which depends on the suitability for their intended use, reflecting an understanding of human environment interactions with the consistent with clients desires through the creative and empathetic application of the fine arts to create protective, supportive and inspiring interiors, which for the preliminary stage the visualization process is use to give the complete understanding for both ends.
