Articles on customer’s design

OMB production facilities are equipped with state of the art machineries including CNC, TRANSFER, MULTISPINDLE machines, assisted by automatic loading and unloading robots.

Brass and Aluminium bodies are daily produced by transfer machines with turning jaws ranging from 5 to 15 electro spindle units, while more complex or difficult shapes are machined on CNCs insuring high quality and precision.

Tooling setting

The internal tooling manufacturing gives OMB autonomy and flexibility. Each production area is linked to an automatic system of TOOL PRESETTING which ensures durability and LONG LIFE-TIME tool PRESERVATION. Each tool is electronically classified and located in an automatic warehouse.
