Everyone yearns to be happy. Being happy is the deepest desire of the human heart.
So, on the eve of the year, we wish each other a Happy New Year. When someone marries, we wish happiness for the future of the couple. Someone graduating from studies also receives good wishes for his professional life.
There are many things that "bring happiness" and that
piness of this world is on the back of a horse.
If someone escaped an accident unharmed, we usually say that he "has been fortunate enough not to be injured."
How many seek their happiness in gambling, in the lottery or in sports? Others try to achieve happiness by artificial means. We recently

The search for happiness and the joy of living shows with extreme clarity that human beings in general are unhappy. Even people who seem to have achieved all that this world can offer in brilliance and glory often give evidence of their unhappiness. The world of music and cinema speaks of happiness, love, and joy, but the lives of many artists prove that they themselves are anything but happy. Everyone talks about happiness, but so few are happy.
WHERE DOES THE CAUSE OF UNHAPPINESS LIE?
Without God, his Creator, man cannot be truly happy. If he tries to live away from God, as long as he hides from God and tries to live his life as if God does not exist, he cannot be truly happy.
We read in Jude 16a: "These men are constant explorers, eternal dissatisfied..." (The Living Bible).
The cause of all unhappiness is sin! We read in the Bible, "...sin brings shame and dishonor to a nation" (Prov. 14:34b, The Living Bible).
How much unhappiness stems from a suspicious or unfaithful character.
How much suffering comes from selfishness, because each one wants to live only for himself.
But how many are unhappy to be neglected, passed over, disregarded by others.
And how many people live unhappily because they carry such a great guilt, such a heavy burden that it makes them succumb.
David once acknowledged in Psalm 38: "For my iniquities are lifted up above my head;
like heavy burdens they exceed my strength. I am bowed down and very low, I mourn all day long. I groan because of the restlessness of my heart. My heart beats with excitement, my strength fails" (vv. 4, 6, 8 and 10a).
Not living in communion with God, not having forgiveness, having to live with a constant feeling of guilt means being unhappy.
Human beings seek to fill this void by throwing themselves
into the most extravagant adventures. He tries to make a career, plans his life down to the smallest detail and seeks security in every way. But in his heart, he remains unhappy. Prince Talleyrand, whose estate was valued at 30 million francs, wrote on the eve of his death:
Behold, 83 years have passed! How much worry! How much enmity! How many complications!
And all with no other result than a great disquiet about the past and a deep sense of despondency and despair about the future.
WHAT DOES A HUMAN BEING NEED FOR TRUE HAPPINESS?
He needs a relationship with God through Jesus Christ.
For this reason, the psalmist says, "Thou art my Lord; I have no other good." (Psalm

16:2) To call Jesus Christ my Lord, therein lies perma nent happiness. That is why the psalmist goes on to con fess: "You will show me the paths of life; in your presence is fullness of joy, at your right hand are pleasures forever more" (v. 11).
The way to a life full of hap piness and joy is called Jesus Christ and consists in what He accomplished on the cross for us, which is the forgiveness of sins.
Another Bible passage says, "Blessed is he whose iniquity is forgiven, whose sin is covered. Blessed is the man to whom the Lord does not impute iniquity" (Ps. 32:12a).
This is exactly why Jesus came to this world, died on the cross, was buried and rose from the dead again, to put us back in communion with God for the forgiveness of sins. There is a hymn that expresses this very correctly: "I live happily because I belong to Jesus..."
A very wealthy Hindu sought peace:
He bathed in the sacred river, made strenuous pilgrimages – his heart was still without peace. Until a missionary showed him the cross.
Then he exulted: "I have sipped the message like honey. Now I have reached the goal of all my longing." (WB on "Spuren a Kreuz").
Living in communion with God means being happy.
Jesus Christ says to all who believe in Him, "Peace I leave with you, my peace I give to you; not as the world gives, I give to you. Do not let your hearts be troubled" (John 14:27b).
What Jesus achieved on the cross for us goes far beyond what the world could offer us. He brought us the peace of God, forgiveness of sins and eternal life.
Whoever comes to Him and believes in Him receives a peace of mind that does not end when difficult days ar-
rive, and that gives us security for the future, because the Lord Himself is our future.
The happiness that Jesus gives us is not a constant "walking on clouds", a continuous feeling of well-being, free from all discomforts, but the certainty of being sheltered in Him.
Following Jesus, a child of God is not spared from all suffering. But doesn't happiness consist precisely in knowing that, in the midst of all suffering, in the midst of all anguish, we are anchored in Jesus Christ?
That in Him we have a living hope, and that suffering is never the end, but life with Jesus; see Him one day and be with Him for all eternity?!
The Bible says, "Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all" (Psalm 34:19).
Anyone who has become the property of Jesus need not succumb when suffering comes.
Every child of God has a living hope that sustains him. And in the end, every true Christian will be free from all suffering and will see the Lord Jesus as He is.
That's why Psalm 1.1 says about true happiness: "How happy is the man who does not follow the opinion of people who are disconnected from God" (The Living Bible). And Psalm 34:9 encourages us: "If you belong to the Lord, love and obey Him; for whoever does these lacks nothing" (The Living Bible). ◙

audience, when the journalist asked her a question, somewhat daring and of interest to all:
"Do you like money?"
She replied, "Why you don't like it?"
"Of course, I do, who doesn't like money?"
I think that with the intention of satirizing those who are pseudo-modesty about money, the famous Spanish
painter and sculptor, Pablo Picasso, expressed:
"I like to live like a poor person, but with a lot of money".
Buddha had specified that no monk could carry money. However, there was an intriguing question. How to practice the 212 rules if I need to pay for bus tickets?”
It's like facing rain, without protection, and not wanting
to get wet; it's wanting to enter a war field, and not wanting to be hit; it's wanting to earn money without wanting to work...it's wanting too much, I think.
The writer Luiz A Gasparetto, when referring to this monetary value called money, expressed himself in an interesting way; "When people devalue money, it's because they devalue themselves."
I think yours is to see money in a way that few can see it, the contempt people can give it, portraying such an action in themselves.
While many think that The Gold Triangle, located in Switzerland, is the owner of all the money, or even in New York, where the big business of a good part of the world is concentrated, the Bible, affirms that God is the owner of money, “the silver is mine, the gold is mine, says the Lord of hosts”, Haggai 2.8.
Because she knows everything about money, He certainly knows how to earn, spend, waste, save, invest, and give away money.
The Holy book also presents practical guidelines “for those who are short of money, I Tm.6.4-8, for those who are desirous of getting rich, I Tm. 6.9-10, but also for those who already have enough money”, I Tm.6.17-19.
Regardless of what we think, like it or not, money is practically in all sectors of life. I am aware of the need for money for the vital and essential stages of life, being born, living, and dying.
Regardless of what we think, money is practically in all sectors of life.

Not even the carpenter from Nazareth was exempt from having the money on several occasions.
When he was questioned about taxes, he asked Peter to go to the sea and catch a fish. When he caught it, he would take a coin to stay "up to date" with the government.
Even if He was exempt from taxes, since Jesus was part of Jesse's lineage; his word was: "give to Caesar what is Caesar's...".
King Solomon, the richest man on planet earth has ever known, who has experienced everything a human being could go through with money, said:
"...Money answers everything". Eccl. 10.19, but also stated that "he who loves money will never be satisfied", Eccl. 5.10.
Many men who had the opportunity to accumulate thousands of moneys, reached the sad conclusion, like the famous millionaire D. Rockefeller, who, when questioned about the glory of having earned money like water, admitted: "I earned millions of dollars, but they didn't bring happiness".
Also, the intelligent and wise E. Stanley Jones, when speaking about money, with authority, competence, and knowledge of the cause, "defended that money is a wonderful servant and a terrible master. If money becomes the most important in life, and you are subjugated by it, you become its slave."
However, I would like to talk about Jesus Christ, a man who for thirty years prepared himself for His Ministry, and in the last three years of His
life, the subject of money was for Him the second greatest preaching issue of all.
Jesus spoke 90 times about money. Of the 109 verses that the Sermon on the Mount contains, 22 refer to finances. Among the 49 parables told by Jesus, 22 of them mention money and material goods.
Writer Bob Briner, in his valuable book, "The Management Methods of Jesus", speaking naturally in business language, states that:
With 12 executives, he created the largest "company in the world".
Jesus was the greatest businessman of all time.
Just look at what He accomplished. The organization He founded is the most successful in history.
Longevity? More than two thousand years. Riches? Incalculable.
Numbers? Impossible to evaluate. Loyalty of its members? Many even gave their lives for this "organization". Distribution? All over the world, in all nations.
The result is that we know that Jesus reigns today, supreme as the greatest administrator the world has ever known.
However, He can never be seen as a Guru for today's businessmen, as some people want. He is way above that.
Dismiss any comment on the person of Jesus of Nazareth, sweet name and that is above all names, and that according to the "Manufacturer's Manual", in the consummation of
the centuries, every knee will bend, and every tongue will confess.
The devil, demons, all leaders who were evil despots, all cruel dictators, all life-manipulating founders, all without exception, whether they like it or not, will confess that only Jesus Christ, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Lamb of God, is the Lord.
When he spoke about money, his purpose was to show men that money is not evil, unless we make it an instrument of worship.
Most people worship money, and because of this bad view, and the exacerbated attachment to it, the consequences that have been plaguing humanity are no joke.
Hence, we understand the words of Jesus, "You cannot serve God and mammon".
Therefore, we need to look to Jesus, seeing Him as a model in relation to money and try to discover what his purposes were, regarding money in all areas of life where we are involved.
How has your daily financial history been? Are there definite purposes in your business, family, personal life, in your church, in everything that is related to your life with money?

1) THE PHRASE “YOU HAVE YOUR HEAD IN THE CLOUDS” IS MAKING A LOT OF SENSE THESE DAYS.
The lack of backup is making people nervous when they lose everything from their computer, tablet, or smartphone.
These “computational” devices have already turned into home appliances for some time now. People think
that they will never fail until the day the infamous “crash” happens.
One of these days a client decided to wash his phone along with a coat. When he remembered it was in his pocket, it was too late. There was no financial loss, as it was covered by insurance.
It turns out that he brought me the damaged smartphone
(which spent days inside the rice pot) and the new one that was replaced, so I could save those 1,500 photos that were in the old one. Problem solved and photos saved.
The solution is always to back up in another location. We take thousands of photos and make a hundred films with the smartphone, and everything stays inside.
Now we have the solution in the clouds. This is what we call virtual spaces that are located on web servers that can be accessed via an internet connection. People get nervous when they lose contacts and files stored on their “computers”.
I recommend two services that you can use safely and for free: drive and drobox.
2) THE SYSTEM’S PROGRESS BAR.
That little progress bar that has the objective of warning how long the task that is being executed will take: copies, file transfers, downloads, etc., is not exactly the real time that is being marked, but a percentage of execution done or to finish.
I get angry with this when it reaches the time of “0 seconds”, but it never ends.
People think that they will never fail until the day the infamous “crash” happens.

Sometimes I get crazy to leave the client and none of that bar ends.
3) HELP NEVER WORKS.
I'm going to be very honest without wanting to pull the sardine to my ember.

In addition to not working properly, along with the installation, other parallel installations of other aggregated programs are made.

via email attachments began. More recently there was the wave of flash drive viruses (which Brazilians called “pen drive”) and now the fashion is to catch malware through compromised sites with malicious links.
Against this type of infection, an adequate antivirus is not enough either, so another protector is needed. I recommend this duo: AVG and Spybot.
4) HARD DISKS ARE NOT ETERNAL.
HDDs are taking up more and more space. And you must take care of them like a baby, being very careful not to hit them and don't even think about dropping them.
HDDs are silent if you start hearing a buzzing noise going off, or strange clacks and clicks when you turn on
5) THE HDD MUST ALWAYS BE DEFRAGMENTED.
Imagine wanting to work and seeing the material you need to perform your work all over the place. HUMMMM!
It’s going to take a long time to get everything together to be able to use it, isn't it?
With the HDD is no different.
6) THERE'S ALWAYS SOMETHING TRENDY INFECTING COMPUTERS.
Technology evolves and evil with it. Once people were infected with floppy disks, then with the advent of the internet, everything got complicated and waves of infestations
7) BROWSERS NEVER OPEN WEBSITES BY THEMSELVES.

websites, almost always pornographic or websites offering “earn money online”, then believe this truth: this is definitely a symptom of spyware.
Try to use more than one browser: Google Chrome, Mozilla.
10) IF THE ABOVE METHOD DOESN'T WORK, APPLY THE MOST FOOLPROOF SOLUTION OF ALL.
When the computer just won't boot the Operating System (it won't boot), then get ready for a ninja operation:
- turn off the computer and restart. After the manufacturer's logo, press the F8 key and choose the “SAFE MODE” option. Let Windows restart and then reboot using the Windows button.
- Remove the memories and clean the contacts with an eraser.
8) PRESENTATION COMPUTERS NEVER WORK WHEN WE NEED THEM THE MOST.
If you have a very important presentation to give and you blindly trust the computer at the place, be careful, because many things can go wrong:
The mouse does not work, the Power Point version is not compatible, the computer freezes in the middle of the presentation, etc.
So, what really works the most is YOUR laptop carried under your arm.
9) THE VAST MAJORITY OF COMPUTER PROBLEMS ARE SOLVED WITH A SINGLE METHOD.
When all else fails, the almost foolproof solution is to turn everything off, wait 30 seconds, then turn it back on. Avoid the “restart Windows” option, which is the warm reboot, which doesn't always work like the cold reboot.
- On Macintosh, shut down the computer by force and restart by pressing the “Command” key. You will see the disks then select the Macintosh HD, if it is not there then the HDD has not mounted and is really having problems.
Well, these were some (10) important tips that every ba sic user should know to live a little less nervous with your computer. ◙

Strength training can be defined as the use of progressive resistance such as lifting free weights that increase the ability to exert force or resist it.
During exercise, certain energy substances are degraded in the muscle.
This metabolic situation is called CATABOLISM, which means an aggression, a “break”.
In response to this situation, physiological adaptations
occur, which enable the individual to better withstand new aggressions; that is, the individual becomes stronger and more resistant.
The muscle grows precisely because of its exposure to wear and tear.
Anabolism is just the opposite, characterized by protein synthesis and rest after training. In this anabolic process, which starts right after training, protein intake can determine success in terms of muscle recovery and lean mass increase.
