Paul Cox Find out how you can strengthen our community and enrich the lives of people living in Kingston upon Thames by setting up your own Personal Donor Advised Fund. The London Community Foundation is working in partnership with Kingston Voluntary Action, offering local residents the opportunity of accessing 50% match funding from the Community First Match Funding Programme - until March 31st 2015. We are encouraging individuals to invest in a long term strategy for social change. You name your Fund and decide which local charity and community groups you’d like to support…..forevermore.
COMMUNITY SECTION This month’s Community Person: Paul Cox Supplied by: Elaine Miller
Paul Cox, a former Chair of Kingston Voluntary Action, has always made regular donations to support local charity groups, and recently set up his own Fund. As a previous a resident of the borough, and successful local businessman, we asked him... What made you decide to set up your own Personal Fund? “Having previously lived in the borough, and benefitted from running several local businesses over the years, we felt it was the right time to create a lasting legacy to the community that had been the source of our success. The 50% match funding is a great enticement and the tax benefits are an added incentive. You also avoid the legal and administrative expense of managing a separate charitable trust, or making your own donations to groups.” Why give locally?
What would your advice be to others who are thinking about investing in their own Personal Fund? “Don’t hesitate, and don’t miss the 50% match funding deadline. Philanthropy enriches the lives of donors and can be addictive – you don’t meet many ex-philanthropists!” To find out more about your Giving Options, please contact elaine@londoncf.org.uk: You can set up a named Fund from £25,000+ You can leave a gift in your will.
“Local community and voluntary groups get to people and problems others cannot reach; they make our communities stronger and enrich lives. I know that the grants our Family Trust Fund make will have a big impact when given locally, because it is targeted precisely at the people we want to help. We can also be personally involved and see the difference it makes.” 5
Or, you can make a one off or regular donations to support local groups through the Love Kingston campaign. Anyone can be a philanthropist, and you can be next. No matter what the size or type of gift you want to make, we will make sure your giving is effective, rewarding, enjoyable, and hassle free.

A Lasting Power of Attorney is now as important as a Will DO YOU KNOW WHY? If you lost mental capacity through an accident or an illness such as dementia, you would no longer be able to make your own decisions. You would be totally reliant on those around you, such as family or friends. However, if you don’t have a Lasting Power of $WWRUQH\ /3$ WKH\ FRXOG QRW WDNH FRQWURO RI \RXU ÀQDQFHV RU WDNH FDUH RI \RXU SHUVRQDO welfare. Frightening when you think about it! In 2007, the Mental Capacity Act 2005 (MCA) came fully into force. If you do not have an LPA, family and friends would have to apply to the Court of Protection to be appointed a deputy to look after your affairs. The application process is lengthy and complex and fraught with problems. When someone applies to become a deputy to look after your affairs, the initial fees and annual fees that would have to be paid would be as follows: ‡ 7KHUH LV DQ DSSOLFDWLRQ IHH RI … SD\DEOH WR the Court of Protection. ‡ 7KHUH LV DOVR DQ DQQXDO VXSHUYLVLRQ IHH RI XS WR … GHSHQGHQW RQ WKH OHYHO RI VXSHUYLVLRQ necessary.

It is far more sensible, whilst you have mental capacity, to safeguard your future by putting in place a Lasting Power of Attorney now. This will allow it to be used, should it be needed, without the initial and ongoing expense and annual reporting to the Court of Protection which would apply without one. Shrewsbury House School donate £15,000 to the Love Kingston campaign
THIS MONTH’S CHARITY
Headmaster, Mr. Kevin Doble, commented, ‘I could not have been more delighted that, once again, the boys raised so much money as a result of the sponsorships that they had secured for the annual charity Sponsored Run. This event, which has now taken place for a number of decades, is the school’s main charity fundraising activity and I was so pleased when I heard that the pupil-led School Council had selected such a worthy local charity to be the main beneficiary of this year’s funds’
Supplied by: Elaine Miller
Elaine Miller, Fundraising Manager for Love Kingston said: “We are absolutely delighted to receive such a significant donation. I watched all the age group races and it was a great achievement by all the boys, especially a young chap, Jamie Bullen, who had injured his leg in a rugby match a few days before, but undeterred, he completed one lap on crutches to ensure he raised his sponsorship money. We appreciate the effort of everyone who took part, and the generosity of all those who donated. This is the single largest donation we have received to the Love Kingston campaign since our launch in October 2012 to support local charity work in the community. On behalf of all the residents for whom this donation will make a huge difference Love Kingston would like to say a huge THANK YOU.” They were all helping to change the lives of thousands of local residents including homeless people, abused women, families without a meal on the table or in financial hardship, and troubled teenagers. Although our borough has some of the wealthiest 2% of UK residents, it also has some of the most deprived 2% living side by side - with one in three children living below the poverty line in some areas. After surviving what seemed to be terminal cancer I'm now in training to swim the channel for children's cancer charity Momentum, who helped me a great deal when I was ill. I’m currently training and fundraising for a Channel Swim. So next month I’ll be undertaking the biggest challenge of my life – after last year’s swim was called off because of bad conditions at sea, this year I look forward to going off during the first week of August at some point – and will hopefully have a better weather window! The channel is considered the ultimate achievement in marathon swimming, and as someone who had never properly swam before, the past 3 years of training have been interesting. I’ve had to accommodate for the cold temperatures by bulking up to 17.5st, get used to mind-numbing boredom doing 6 hour training sessions, put up with salt water, cold wind, choppy waves, jellyfish and worst of all soggy jaffa cakes. But it’s all in aid of a good cause – I’ve come a long way since my diagnosis with non-hodgkin's lymphoma in 2004, after going through two and a half years of a series of surgeries and rounds of chemotherapy treatment I started exercising to get back to fitness after being in a pretty dire shape. As this is the last editorial I’ll be writing before I make my attempt, you won’t be hearing back from me (here at least) until the swim is over (the September issue). That being said, you can keep up to date by following me on: Twitter: @tudormorris Facebook: www.facebook.com/tudor.channel.swim Both of which will be being updated by my crew during the actual swim itself. At the time of writing, the running total for fundraising is £11,614.08 – including Gift Aid bumps that figure up to just under £12.5k But you guys can do more to help! It’s the final push for fundraising now and I’m really keen to meet that £15k target – spread the word, hassle your friends and family, it’s all for a good cause, to donate please visit:

POLICE ADVICE Safety Online For many people, the internet has become an essential part of everyday life. From the way we shop, to how we communicate. Here’s how to keep your personal information protected online. Protect your PC • Source good anti-virus/anti-spyware software and a firewall. • Keep your computer up-to-date, i.e run ‘windows updates’ • Block spam emails • Beware of bogus emails and attachments - don’t open emails from people you don’t know • Make regular backups of your information on to an external hard drive • Secure your Wi-Fi -use the encryption option. • Choose passwords which use random characters, like capitals, lowercase, numbers and symbols. Don’t pick obvious passwords, e.g birthdays or names. Use different passwords for different sites • Use your computer in administrator mode. Create a user account and use that on a day to day basis Social Networking • It is advisable to set the security levels to let just your friends view your profile. Think: how much personal information would you be happy to tell a stranger on the street? • Pick a username that doesn’t include your real name. • Be very cautious about posting identifying information about yourself or your family: e.g your address, phone number, mother’s maiden name, pets name or date of birth, as they can all be used to identify your security passwords. • Remember, what goes online stays online!
• Some people lie online and may not be who they say they are. Don’t arrange to meet someone that you have only met online. • If someone contacts you with weird or nasty messages, don’t reply. Save the messages and contact the forum administrator. Online finance and shopping • When shopping online, always use common sense. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. • Use secure websites. Look for “https://” and the padlock image to show the site is secure. • Does the company have a real address and phone number? What are their returns and data privacy policies? Call them if you are in any doubt. • Use a secure payment option such as PayPal or a dedicated or pre-pay credit card for all online purchases. • Be aware that sponsored links at the top or side of search pages pay to be there. These are not always reliable and can be used by criminals. • Ensure the web address shown on the search matches that which appears on the bottom bar when you hover over the link - if it does not you could be taken to a phishing site if you enter it. • Remember banks and financial institutions do not send emails asking you to verify your bank details by clicking on a link. Do not trust such emails, no matter how authentic they appear. You can always call your bank using the phone number on a genuine piece of correspondence.

Carewatch Kingston & Merton Palliative Care Service
CARE IN THE COMMUNITY
More people are living longer with life-limiting, long-term conditions, increasing the need for good quality palliative and end of life care. The quality of care must take into account the needs of everyone involved. It is important that staff providing these vital cares are welltrained, have good communication skills and understand the needs of the people they are supporting.
Supplied by: Veronica Miller
‘The National Service Framework for Long Term Conditions’ (Department of Health, 2005) states that people in the later stages of life are to receive a comprehensive range of palliative care services to meet their needs for personal, social, psychological and spiritual support. How can we help? We can provide care and support as part of proactive community care, to reduce emergency admission and lengths of stay in hospital. We recognise that each person may have needs, which are physical, social, psychological or spiritual -or a combination of these. We can provide support for people who want to stay at home and wish to spare their family carers the emotional distress, exhaustion and embarrassment of undertaking personal intimate care or meeting end of life needs. Carewatch support workers provide care and support that is sensitive to personal, cultural and spiritual beliefs and practices. Carewatch Kingston / Merton The national provider of local home care, Carewatch, has been delivering care and support services to people across the UK since 1993. Carewatch Kingston and Merton have been serving the local community for over 12 years, and have built a reputation for both service and quality, reflected in its three star EXCELLENT Care Quality Commission rating. More recently, Carewatch Kingston has been focusing on becoming specialist in the delivery of End of Life Care and Dementia Care solutions and has put two teams through specialist training.
Developing the skills of our staff is essential to meet the requirements of service users, and we also work with other professionals such as the PCT’s. For example, the District Nurses train our care staff to provide non-medical care to the service users. This also frees up the District Nurses’ time and enables them to see more patients. We work closely with the hospices and the hospitals to enable service users to be sent home to achieve their end of life outcome, we will provide the care and support to the service users and their families in their final days. We also try to provide support to families and relatives through the process by giving out information and communication on support networks for example: Funeral service planning, after-care service for families, counselling and bereavement and community support services. For further information and advice about how Carewatch Kingston can help you and your family, visit www.carewatchkingston.co.uk or call us on 020 8330 0070.

Are Your Trees Choked With Ivy? As tree surgeons, we frequently come across trees that have a considerable amount of ivy on them. This page addresses the dilemma of allowing ivy to create bio-diverse habitat with hazards to the health and vitality of a tree.
GARDENING SECTION Supplied by: Roger Kerr (Of R J Trees)
Ivy in our gardens is usually the fast growing English Ivy (Hedera helix). This is a fast climber that can grow on the ground, on trunks and on branches, which then creates a dense mass, with yellowish flowers and black coloured berries in the upper canopy. The ivy gains a foothold with root like growths on the stems to provide firm attachments to the tree bark. All nutrients and water are transported into the mass from the roots and as such, it cannot therefore be called a parasitic plant. The growth rate of ivy often exceeds that of the tree itself. It is therefore inevitable that the tree can become completely subsumed by this voracious climber and may require some pruning back. The sheer weight of the ivy mass can cause the host limbs to fail and snap. Also, the mass covers the canopy, meaning leaves can be so deprived of light that reduced photosynthesis can occur, and the tree will start to die back. For dead trees, the ivy can be left in a situ to create a bio-diverse habitat including nesting birds, a wide range of insects and fungi. In winter, the evergreen mass provides a unique refuge from predators for much of your garden wildlife. Managing tips for ivy control The removal of ivy requires care, as pulling sections from the tree can cause branches to snap or even bark separation -creating points of entry for tree pests and diseases. We recommend the use of “ringing” around the 13
base of the tree. This will cause a rapid dieback of the ivy mass, without causing problems from pulling the climbers from the branches. The best method is to use loppers to cut away the stems between ground and shoulder level right around the tree. Chemical treatments such as Glyphosate are available to use on the ivy rootplate stems, but this requires caution to avoid affecting the tree rootplate itself. Any ivy removed should be composted as bundles, or mixed with other organic waste to decompose thoroughly. In conclusion, I feel that the whole debate on whether ivy is an attractive addition to a healthy tree is a matter of personal opinion; as a tree surgeon and a tree “lover” I side with trees having ivy under strict control so we can appreciate the tree trunk, branches and canopy as a complete form, uncluttered by invasive climbers.

Exams, Parents and the Art of Getting Through “I will never need to worry about sitting exams ever again…never. Phew….” Remember saying that with a huge sigh of relief when you finished your studies?... and it was true… until you had children.
LEARNING SECTION Supplied by: Fiona RossGuimont - Confident You
As a loving parent you’ll do whatever it takes for your children. They fall down, you pick them up. They stumble, you run to support them. They venture off to school and before you can catch your breath they are being tested and sitting exams of their own (starting at the tender age of 11 or even younger.) Over the years you’ve spent hours helping with their homework. (Often doing it for them at Primary School when the ‘competitive parent’ competition begins. We all know little Johnny didn’t carve and whittle that medieval instrument from the leg of a chair all by himself!) You’ve trawled the internet looking for just the right website to help them and spent hundreds of hours, not to mention pounds, taking them to classes, tutors and clubs to support their education and development... and here you are…EXAM TIME has arrived and you feel helpless. You are worried parents- floundering, watching them suffer as they grow more nervous and anxious by the day, feeling every painful pang of stress and anxiety they experience. Your words of concern, misunderstood as nagging. Your offers of help rudely refused, because you “just don’t understand what it’s like” and your light hearted “How’s the revision going?” comment dismissed with a nonchalant role of the eyes. I hear this story from Parents every day in my work as a confidence coach, specialising in exam nerves. I hear from parents who are eager to help their children, but are unable to get through 15
to their children to allay their fears about their upcoming exams or to comfort them through the long wait for their results. I also talk to the teens that are going through the fears and anxiety, and the messages they try to express to their parents are always the same. This beautiful quote I read recently sums up the feelings that they share with me: If you RESPECT me, I will HEAR you. If you LISTEN to me, I will feel UNDERSTOOD. If you UNDERSTAND me, I will feel APPRECIATED. If you APPRECIATE me, I will know your SUPPORT. If you SUPPORT me as I try new things, I will become RESPONSIBLE. When I am RESPONSIBLE, I will grow to be INDEPENDENT. In my INDEPENDENCE, I will RESPECT you and LOVE you all my life. - (Anonymous) If you’d like some help and advice during your exams, contact Fiona Ross-Guimont on: 07504 008 530 or email: fiona@examconfident.com Alternatively you can visit www.examconfident.com

HOME SECTION
Writing a Job Description for Your Home For many of us, seeing the sun shining flicks a mental switch that makes our thoughts turn to home improvement, and if you are anything like me you are solely tempted to dig out the power tools and get stuck in. With the amount we own today, it is no wonder our homes are often cluttered and piles spring up all over the place. Unless these things are given a ‘home’ they will always be under foot. So how do you achieve effective storage solutions and avoid the clutter? Following are some brief pointers to get you started: • Take the time to step back and look at the bigger picture (your house as a whole). This could save a lot of time and money in the long run. List all the activities that go on in the different rooms, and those you would like to host (parties, movie nights etc.) Every activity will have associated clobber, which is most efficiently stored near to where it is used. The harder and more time consuming things are to put away, the higher the likelihood that people won’t bother. • Where do you keep the kids P.E bags and craft materials? Do you have golf clubs or keep-fit equipment that you are tripping over, as there seems nowhere else for it to go? • Include types and sizes for furniture and fittings, such as appliances in the kitchen and pottery in the bathrooms. Taking the planning and layout of freestanding furniture seriously, as well as the fitted furniture can make a drastic difference in minutes!

• Don’t be daunted by the size of your list. This is probably the first time since moving in that you have a true picture of what a successful project has to achieve. • Write down where you ideally want each activity to take place, and the amount of storage you will need to achieve that. You can request our free planning guide here: davidaldrichdesigns.co.uk/omnilocal (I compare all proposed designs to the existing storage and worktops, which makes it so much easier for my clients to be sure that the design really will work for them.) The aim is not just to have room for everything, but rather to have room to put everything in the right place, making them accessible and easy to put away. Even if you are only looking to do some simple DIY right now, creating a plan for the home as a whole may highlight clashes between your initial DIY project and your wider plans and can save you time, money and stress in the long run.

Put in a Pond Your first step should be to find a location. You’ll want a nice, open area for aquatic plantlife, such as water-lilies, as the sunlight will help them blossom. Trees towering over your pond means falling leaves, which can sometimes lead to water pollution. Also, if you are hoping to install lights or a pond filter, keep it within distance of a power supply. Do you want a more flexible, home-made pond? Or a brand new pre-formed pond shell? Pre-formed means you’ll get more of an idea how it will look, and you don’t have to worry about the construction, but creating one yourself can look more natural, and can be whatever shape or size you want. If you want high-quality, longer lasting pre-formed fibreglass shells, it can be costly. Using PVC for a flexible home-made design is strong, but it won’t last nearly as long as a thick rubber lining, so only opt for it if you’re moneyconscious. Larger ponds always keep better, as there is less worry about extreme temperature changes, so more variety in wildlife possibilities. The deepest part should be around 40cm (15”). If you’re hoping to keep fish in your pond, opt for a 60cm depth. You can opt larger, but it may lead to unnecessary work. Try to create “shelves” for plants that tend to inhabit shallow water. Work out how much liner you need by multiplying the depth of the pool by 2 and adding it to the length of the pool, eg. a 3m pool that is 2.5m wide and 45cm deep would need a 3.9m x 3.30m liner. Method for a flexible pond: 1. Mark out your pond using rope or a garden hose. 23
DIY SECTION Supplied by: Leanna Carl
2. Dig to your required depth, adding in shelves. 3. Line the pool with moist sand or polyester sheeting and lay the liner on top. 4. Fold the liner around the curves. 5. Keep it in place with bricks and fill the pond with water. Trim the edges and cover with paving or turf. Method for a pre-formed pond: 1. Mark out your pond by pushing canes or pegs into the ground around your shell. 2. Dig to the depth of the shelf and place the shell in the hole to mark where the deeper area begins. 3. Trial and error with your preformed shell and adjust where necessary. 4. Place the shell in the hole and level, then fill with water and soil under the pool rim. Add whatever plant or wildlife you want and enjoy the view.

How to Train your Dragon 2
Supplied by: Leanna Carl
Following off from the last dragon-filled family thrill ride, this movie features some awesome returning stars, such as Jay Baruchel (Hiccup), Gerard Butler (Stoick) and America Ferrera (Astrid). If you and the kids enjoyed the first adventure, you’re definitely going to want to see what happens next. Five years on from Toothless and Hiccup’s ultimately successful reunion of vikings and dragons on the island of Berk, Astrid and the gang have now begun challenging one another to some extreme dragon races. Astrid and Snotlout (Jonah Hill) have become pretty much inseparable over time, and are now on a journey through some exciting, entirely new worlds and unexplored territory. Upon reaching an undiscovered ice cave that is full of wild dragons and the mysterious Dragon Rider, they end up right amidst the battle for peace. Standing up for what they believe in, they have to realise their full power and help make a change for dragons and humans forever.
Out on DVD
Non-Stop This movie is definitely one for suspense-seekers and fans of mystery. Liam Neeson gives another legendary performance as Bill Marks, a former police officer who has been coping with the death of his daughter by turning to alcohol. After being employed as an air marshal, he boards a non-stop flight from London to New York. He then receives a text mid-flight, which tells him that someone is about to die, unless he can get 150 million dollars deposited into an off-shore account within the next twenty minutes. He seeks help from Jack Hammond, the other air marshal on duty -but nobody believes him. Through bad timing and struggles, the first death occurs precisely on the 20 minute mark, and it almost looks as though Marks is being framed. He is then under tremendous pressure to stall the mysterious texter, whilst working alongside the flight crew and Jen Summers (Julianne Moore), who sat next to him when they boarded, to figure out who is behind it all. How many more will lose their lives before the culprit is found?

MOTORING SECTION
Going Away This Summer? There’s no time like the present to whisk the whole family away for a nice summer break. Of course, some of you may be looking to travel by plane, coach or ferry -but for those of you who want to hit the road, or make the journey part of the adventure, here are some ideas we hope will help you with your planning:
Supplied by: Leanna Carl
Take your car for a check up! You’ll need to make sure your car is okay to withstand such a lengthy journey. The last thing you want is a breakdown in the middle of the motorway, or to miss out on your trip you’ve been saving up for. Know what needs to be checked. Radiator: Sometimes they can become rotten or can get plugged, which could spell disaster later on. Water pump: Use this opportunity for a quick observation. If yours is driven by the timing belt, you may need to wait and check it when replacing the belt.
take a repair kit with you - screwdrivers, duct tape, tire gauge, jump-starter cables, a torch, blankets, first aid kit, something to carry diesel/petrol in case you need to make a trip, etc. Whatever you can think of in cases of an emergency, you can never be too prepared!
Cooling system: The last thing you want is to overheat, so spare a moment to look over the fan, and the heater core. Bare in mind, these can be pricey to replace. It can also benefit you to get a thermostat replacement.
Take care of yourself, as well as your car Take rests often and enjoy the trip a little. There’s less chance of breakdowns, as you won’t be pushing your car too far either. Lack of sleep also slows down your response time, so its better to be safe than sorry. Avoid driving full speed the whole time too, as wind resistance increases with speed and will work your car harder than it needs to. Checking the tire pressure and monitoring the gauges isn’t something to ignore either.
Coolant: This doesn’t have to be changed often, but it is definitely important to keep an eye on it, even during the warmer months, because anti-freeze has a higher boiling point than water. Hoses and belts: Grip and squeeze the rubber hose to check for cracks, and press on the belts so they deflect about half an inch. In many newer cars of course, the fan is electric and not turned by a belt.
Short of the dos and don’ts, just remember: family trips will have ups and downs, but the main thing is that you relax and enjoy the experience.
Review Make sure you get a thorough servicing on your vehicle. If possible, you should also 35

How to be found on Google With 99% of all clicks going to the websites on page one of Google, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) has become a key concern for many businesses. Here’s a three stage approach for any business wanting to improve its visibility online: 1) Determine the key search terms related to your products and services Choose phrases you would ideally like to be found for and potential clients would use. Use words more likely to lead to business like “buy” and “services”. Be specific to your business to avoid some of the online competition.
B2B SECTION Supplied by: Mark Rouvray Mark Rouvray is the owner of Activ Web Design in Kingston who provide a full range of online marketing products and services for small, local businesses including websites, SEO services and Apps. www.thesurreywebdesigner.co.uk
2) Develop a landing page on your website specific to each key search phrase Use the key words and related words in headings and sub headings, bullet points, page titles and your main content. A specific page will index better and be more relevant to the user. 3) Promote the landing page across the internet by posting other related information with links back to your website landing pages using the relevant key search term. SEO takes regular and sustained effort over time but the results are worth it.

A Guide to Insurance Protection Really Does Matter We all know it is illegal to drive a car without insurance. It is a requirement of a Mortgage to have Buildings Insurance - and also advisable to insure your possessions with Contents Insurance. It used to be a requirement of a Mortgage to have Life Cover - it is not anymore. Therefore, Life Insurance is up to you. Why then is it important, what is essential and what is merely recommended?
Supplied by: David Saunders Rosemount Wealth
As a Protection Advisor, I come across many families who have no insurance cover. Some see it as an unaffordable luxury and others see it as unnecessary. Lets take a look at the different types of Protection available on the market: Life Cover offers a payment on death, or if you are diagnosed with a terminal illness which is expected to cause death. This kind of policy can help you and your family at a very difficult time. Critical Illness Cover offers a lump sum if you are diagnosed with a specific critical illness. Some offer protection benefits if your child gets ill too. Income Protection Cover provides a regular income if ill health stops you earning - it is available for employed or self employed people. It is important to consider your individual needs, to ensure you have the right amount of cover. As an Adviser, I help people work out the right amount of cover. Do you live in rented accommodation or have a mortgage? Do you have any dependents? What are your daily living expenses? Consider this : a) Every two minutes someone is diagnosed with Cancer in the UK. b) In the UK in 2009, more than 48,480 women were diagnosed with Breast Cancer. That’s around 133 a day. 43
c) More than 1 in 3 people will develop some form of Cancer in their lifetime. d)Testicular Cancer is one of the most common cancers for men aged between 15 and 45. e) Every year an estimated 152,000 people in the UK have a stroke. With medical advances, people are more likely to survive critical illness, but this means that more people are likely to take prolonged periods off work for treatment and recovery. This could have a huge impact on their income. Critical Illness and Income Protection cover can really make a difference. As these statistics show, the reality is, it could happen to any of us at any time. Financial peace of mind could really help during such a difficult and emotional time. Protection really does matter. A good adviser will have access to a wide range of Insurance Companies and will be able to find the protection that is just right for you.
