By Richard Williams RESIDENTS, businesses and the local authorities are readying themselves for the second national lockdown, which starts tomorrow [Thursday]. From midnight, the new lockdown will see hundreds of businesses shut in Tunbridge Wells and Tonbridge, and residents encouraged to stay at home. Unlike the first lockdown, schools in the towns will remain open, and people will be able to meet one other person from outside their household as long as it is outdoors. But the new measures, which are meant to last until December 2, will see all pubs and restaurants forced to close, as well as
