£220million business park would be huge boost for the local economy By Richard Williams A 30 ACRE site on the outskirts of the town is a step closer to becoming a ‘thriving new business destination and community space’. It will cost £220million and create 4,000 new jobs. The business park earmarked for Colebrook Lakes went before Tunbridge Wells Borough Council’s [TWBC] Planning Committee last week [September 23].
