HOPE welcomes Joree Rosenblatt MA, who has a master's degree in counseling psychology and a passion for mindfulness. Joree will conduct a session on mindfulness which is the practice of living your life with awareness, intention, and attention.

Wednesday, June 26 5 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. Alameda County Fairgrounds Join the Green Team to package meals to replenish the emergency food stored at the fairgrounds for Alameda County residents in the event of an earthquake. Participants can get free access to the fair by bringing a can of food to enter.
Sunday, June 30 10:30 a.m. Market Street, San Francisco Safeway will be marching in the annual 2013 Pride Parade. Retail, division, and corporate employees are all welcome to attend this exciting event and walk together. T-shirts and transportation will be provided for all attendees who register by Friday, June 14. Contact Chris Colombana for more information.
