Today I Live my Life. . . Today I live my life as if I am still that exploited little girl. Today I live my life as if I am powerless, but she has the power to keep me stuck in that long ago world. Today I live my life as if I agree with the perpetrator and I have little value and not rights. Today I live my life as if forever I will be plagued with the chaos of long lonely nights.
Today I live my life. . . Today I live my life, as if this were still my yesterday instead of the possibility of making exchanges for a restored me and a new day. But underneath how I live today, is a need to internalize new messages and open up the way. Rachel Davis
