What Are The Benefits Of Communication Across The Design + Build + Maintain Sectors?

You need to have that communication [between sectors] otherwise it just won’t work. For example [considering the water restrictions for future maintenance], there are so many options that can replace turf in a client’s front garden. If I can show them something that is equally as cool and sexy, as it is functional, then there is a good chance that the clients will do it.

We try to find maintenance companies that will maintain things for the way they were designed. I can write a maintenance plan for a project, but it often feels like the crew doesn’t even read it. We are looking for companies that can adapt to our uniquely designed and built projects.
