where young locals, young migrants and other newcomers come together to be a community of friends (feeling as new family) in which we learn, teach & train each other about ICT, Social Entrepreneurship, Dutch Language, Sustainable topics and more … to support each other to work out ideas for social and sustainable change into local projects and startups; to make impact for social inclusion, better integration, sustainable change; to find our way to meaningful activities that bring quality and happiness to our lives.

WHY our project 2019
HOW we gonna do it
Young migrants encounter many challenges and obstacles in life. It’s very hard to participate in society, find a way to stability & employment and build a future of your own.
By connecting young migrants, young locals and other newcomers we work together on social inclusion by education, empowerment, entrepreneurship.
We believe working together with young people and a local community can make change!
So that we create more future perspective by working out personal ideas for change into concrete, meaningful projects & new work opportunities.
#WeGrowTogether
WHAT we gonna do 2018: Future Roots project & Dialogue for Inclusion Conference In 2018 we organized the Future Roots pilot program with local partners from Eindhoven and we organized the Dialogue for Inclusion Conference with partners and young migrants from 7 European countries. Besides this we worked with teams of youngsters from Rwanda, Nepal, Kenya and Kurdistan-Iraq on projects to prevent migration of youngsters by future perspective through job creation. By doing this we got a clear idea about basic needs for integration and prevention of migration. In 2018 we found out: it makes sense to focus together on making WORK of Basic Needs* for all. 2019: We will build the Computer System Academy (CSA) & local community in collaboration with the CSA Rwanda team! Common basic needs for better integration aswell as future perspective in homelands are: ICT skills, education, entrepreneurship skills and a local community for support of starting small social enterprises that contribute to social inclusion and basic needs for all. Besides this we will continue the Future Roots program and organize an international Future Roots Youth Exchange week in September and the Dialogue for Inclusion Conference in November.

OTHER INFO that we want to share before we start .. The main reason to start the Computer System Academy (CSA) is to create a strong local community in which young locals, newcomers and local stakeholders create new awareness, togetherness and collaboration that shows: We Grow Together! Diversity, being different, makes sense!! In each of us a good idea and contribution for sustainable change is hidden. We all are different, because with all ideas, backgrounds, life experience and talents we as (local & global) community have all solutions we need to create a better society and future for all, the next generations and Earth! The CSA Eindhoven will be designed in co-creation with local youngsters, migrants and partners who want to join hands to make this Academy reality in connection with the Global Goals Hub and Future Roots program that we already started in 2018. The CSA Eindhoven 2019 is the brother/sister project of CSA Kigali (Rwanda). More about this you can read in the PDF document ‘More info about the CSA project 2019’ attached to the invitation email.
