Upcoming Global Goals Hub Friday the 6th of December 2019, 10:30 - 17:00 o’clock At MICROLAB Kastanjelaan 400, 5616 LZ Eindhoven We kindly invite you / your organisation to the next Global Goals Hub Eindhoven to work together with youth, local partners and other community members in projects and start-ups that contribute to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG’s). This Hub is located at MICROLAB, the place to be to make sustainable change together!
Morning program 10.30 - 11.30: Dialogue with Alderman/Wethouder Marcel Oosterveer This special meeting is about the importance and opportunities to work on the Global Goals with No One Left Behind from the Power of Youngsters. It’s open for everyone to join this hour, but the dialogue and short presentations will be held by a small group of youngsters with the Alderman to make it meaningful and to the point during 1 hour.
11.30 - 13.00: Community Dialogue for Daily Action 2020 From the outcome of the Dialogue with Marcel Oosterveer, the Hub community will share ideas and plans 2020 to follow up the Dialogue in Action together! In this co-creation session everyone is welcome to participate. Together we can make it happen!
Afternoon program 14.00 - 15.00: Co-creation Session 1: ACTION Box in Eindhoven & Kigali On Wednesday November 27 TGD, OWC & Innovation Space facilitate a Case Night about the ACTION Box which connects youngsters from Kigali/Rwanda and Eindhoven to work online together the SDGs! The outcome of this Case Night will be the input of this cocreation session. During the session we make live connection with youngsters from Kigali!
15.00 - 16.00: Co-creation Session 3: FUTURE ROOTS for Social Inclusion
Global Goals Hub Community of youngsters & partners The Global Goals Hub days in Eindhoven bring youngsters and local partners together to join hands and work out ideas into concrete projects and start-ups for change. To contribute hands-on, in a low threshold way to achievement of the 17 Global Goals for Sustainable Development With No One Left Behind. Beautiful projects are happening in Eindhoven! Projects for social inclusion of newcomers, agricultural innovation & clean water in Nepal, IT entrepreneurship in Rwanda, Youth for the Global Goals, Able2sustain and more! Undertaken by youngsters from Eindhoven and different countries. In the Hub we work together form the power of local communities of TU/e, Fontys, The HUB, IK WIL and ONE WORLD Citizens and invite other communities to join us! This Hub
2 Entrepreneurial students from Fontys started collaboration with the MICROLAB Academy to take ACTION for Empowerment training and a mixed Eindhoven community of local youngsters and young newcomers from all kind of backgrounds (refugees, expats, international students) for achievement of the Global Goals in Eindhoven! Their co-creation topic: let’s build this community and share/ learn together in the MICROBAL Academy.
16.00 - 17.00: Connecting and Networking
