PARK RULES AND REGULATIONS
PARKING: Campers are allowed two vehicles per site. Do not park in the street or neighboring lots. Any camper needing additional parking may do so in the parking lot located in front of the office.
FIRES: Fires are permitted in a well-protected metal fire pit that’s up off of the ground to minimize danger. Campfires must be completely extinguished before retiring for the evening or departing from the campground.
FIREWORKS AND FIREARMS ARE PROHIBITED
TRASH: Removal of trash is the responsibility of the camper. The trash compactor is located near the maintenance area. If you do not know where the compactor is located, please contact the office. THERE WILL BE A $10.00 FINE FOR ANY TRASH LEFT ON YOUR SITE. Please do not dump household trash into the bath house trash cans. Larger items such as furniture, mattresses, grills, etc., must be taken to the dump on W. Fire Tower Rd.
PETS: All dogs must be on a leash and must be cleaned up after. Complaints received about any pet may be grounds for requiring the removal of the pet from the Park. Any pet which exhibits aggressive behavior or which threatens or attacks a person or another pet must be removed from the Park immediately.
GOLF CARTS: Campers must comply with the Golf Cart Operation/Rental Agreement or risk loss of golf cart privileges. Children are not allowed to drive Golf Carts. Golf Cart drivers must have a valid driver’s license.
COMMON AREAS: No obnoxious or offensive activity shall be allowed in any area of the Park including the campsite. NO public display of alcohol. Excessive use of alcohol, underage drinking, or illegal use of drugs will not be tolerated. Minors must be on their site and/or under direct supervision by 11:00pm. Parents will be held accountable for the actions of any minors. No washing of dishes or cooking utensils in the bathhouses. Keep the campground and all common areas free from litter. Observe the 12-mile an hour posted speed limits. QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 11:00 PM TO 7:00 AM and will be strictly enforced.
POOL: SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. There is no lifeguard on duty, only a pool attendant. The pool attendant has the authority to ask anyone to leave the pool area for not following the posted pool rules. An adult (18 and over) must accompany any children under the age of 14. NO GLASS OR ALCOHOL OF ANY TYPE IS ALLOWED IN THE POOL AREA. Lounge chairs are for all residents. Do not leave personal belongings unattended.
SAFETY: Parents are responsible for the safety and actions of their children. Minors under the age of 18 will not be allowed to camp without direct adult supervision. All children under the age of 14 must wear a protective helmet when biking, skateboarding, wearing roller blades, or riding electric scooters. NO RIDING BICYCLES AFTER DARK. Children under the age of 10 may not be left unattended.
Campers are directly responsible for any damage caused by their children, guests, or pets. White Oak Shores reserves the right to expel any campers or guests who do not abide by the Park Rules. White Oak Shores reserves the right to change or add any rules it deems necessary without written notice. Only the following flags can be displayed at your site and throughout the campground/resort: American, Canadian, Military, including Air Force, Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Coast Guard, POW, MIA, and veterans, sports and decorative flags such as holiday, seasonal or garden.

• QUIET HOURS: 11 pm to 7 am.
• MOTORCYCLES: Permitted per park policy.
• GOLF CARTS: Allowed - MUST BE INSUREDDrivers MUST have a valid driver’s license.
• SEWER HOSES: MUST BE rubber adapter fitted connection at drip.
• CAMPFIRES: In approved fire pits.
• NO OUTDOOR CARPETS: Approved mats only.
• PROPANE: Service is available.

Bathhouse: Our bathhouse has all private rooms with private entrances. All stainless and ceramic. Great for mom and kids or husband and wife, just pack one bag.
