GUIDELINES FOR EVERYONE’S SAFETY & ENJOYMENT
• Check-Out: 11:00 am.
• Check-In: 12:00 pm
• Cabin Check-In: 3:00 pm.
• Office Hours: Shoulder Season: 8:00 am - 7:00 pm
Regular Season: 7:00 am - 10:00 pm
• Quiet Hours: 10:00 pm - 7:00 am No generators on after 8:00 pm. Be courteous and mindful of your fellow RV neighbors.
• Smoke-free environment in all buildings.
• Speed Limit: 5 mph for all vehicles. Do not drive on empty sites.
• Parking:
— NO parking in empty RV Sites, ONLY in designated areas.
Additional parking available. Talk with attendant regarding additional boat and/or vehicle parking. Extra vehicles 3+ will include a parking fee.
• NO washing of vehicles or RVs.
• NO maintenance, repairs, or fluid changes on premises. Automatic $200 cleaning will be applied if there is damage to site.
• Children: Do NOT climb on or over fences. Do not leave small children unattended at the playsets.
• Laundry & Showers: Open 24 hours. Dish sink available at Site 18 (Restroom Building).
• Do NOT flush feminine products, diapers & wipes. We are on private water and sewer system.
• Pet owners must: Be in control of their pets
— Pick up after their pets No electric leashes
Do not tie pets to the fence or leave them alone
— Leashes must not be able to reach the fence
Incessant barking dogs will not be tolerated.
Dog Walker: Check for available times.
• After Check-out: Extended hourly parking is available in the shoulder season. Check with the office.
• Boat Parking: Is limited. The office will tell you where there is available parking and any cost associated with it. The park is not responsible for the security of your boat.
• ATVs are not to be used in the park. This includes kids motorized toys.
• Trash: Keep site clean in order to avoid attracting wildlife.
— Deposit trash in designated trash cans/dumpster.
— Fish cleaning and disposal in dumpster or over the fence is prohibited.
• Campfire: Extinguish before going to bed.
• ALL people are not to climb on or over the fence.
• Gas Station & Shortstop Grill: Grill hours 6:00 am - 7:00 pm; Store hours 6:00 am - 9:00 pm.
• Pedestals:
Two cords feeding an RV is prohibited.
— No use of autotransformers when connected to the pedestal.
No car charging at the pedestals.
— No outside freezers.
• Earthquake: If your RV rocks in an earthquake, it’s like a carnival ride; when it’s done rocking, walk to the upper park while the staff checks out the park. Stay away from the bluff
• Tsunami: We are not in the Tsunami zone.
• Drones by permission only.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, who does not conform to our Guidelines or interferes with the fun and pleasant atmosphere that our Guests expect when staying here.
Failure or refusal to follow Homer / Baycrest KOA Holiday Guidelines will result in you being required to leave with no refund.
No refunds between June 15th to August 15th. Only cancellations 48 hours prior to arrival will be refunded, excluding cancellation fee.
