THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOUR STAY • Do not bring firewood from outside sources (per DNR). The wood we sell in our office is inspected to be free of invasive insects. Help us protect and preserve our wooded setting. CHECK IN AT 2PM - CHECK OUT AT 11AM CAMPING: • Nightly rates are for 1 tent or 1 RV per site. You may add a tent to your site for $26 per night. ABSOLUTELY NO TENTS ARE TO BE USED ON FULL HOOKUP SITES. You must have prior approval for stakes at full hookup sites for canopies or screen houses. • Rates include 2 adults and 3 children. Each additional adult (18+) will be charged $5.00 per night and each child $2.00 per night. Maximum of 4 adults. (8 people per site). • Sites can accommodate up to 2 vehicles (Cars, Trucks, Boats, Trailers and ATVs). No parking on vacant sites or other areas. Vehicles must be on your site! Notify the office if you have additional vehicles to park. Daily rate will apply. Early Check-in (before 2PM) or Late Check-out (after 11AM) will be charged as follows: Check-in: Before 12PM - $25: After 12PM-$10 Check-out: After 11AM and before 12PM $10: After 12PM and before 5PM-$25. • You must notify the office if you plan an early check-in or late check-out. Please do not arrive earlier than 2PM to allow staff to clean out fire pits and tidy up sites for your enjoyment. • Check-out means leaving the park. CANCELLATION POLICY: • A deposit will be collected when making your reservation. It will be applied to your balance upon arrival. Reservation deposits are for specific dates and not transferable. • If you cancel your reservation within 30 days of check-in, the deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to arrival forfeit the deposit and will be charged an additional night’s stay (for multi-night stays). There will be a $10.00 charge for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in. • A $10.00 administration fee will apply to changes to your reservation including site changes. • There will be no refunds for shortening your stay the day of check-in. You will be charged for all of the days of your reservation. • You will be charged $10 for each night removed from your reservation. CABINS: • Comfort Cabins (C & D) two-night minimum stay, three-night minimum over holidays (Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day). Cabins are designed for 2 adults and 2 children. Bring your own bedding or sleeping bags, towels and other linens. • Rustic Cabins (A & B) may be reserved for a one-night stay Monday-Thursday upon approval. Minimum two night stay over weekends and a minimum 3 night stay over holidays. • No Smoking and No Pets are allowed in the cabins. There will be a cleaning fee for smoking and/or pets in cabins. The person that registered for the cabin rental must be one of the occupants and will be the responsible party for any damages. REFUNDS: Camping is an outdoor activity and therefore no refunds will be given for inclement weather or other discomforts of nature, early departure, or unforeseen circumstances (such as sudden loss of power or water). SERVICES: • Non-camper dump fee $25.00 • Non-camper water fill-up $15.00 • Honey wagon (empty septic from your site) Monday-Thursday only. Next day $35.00. Same day service $50.00. PARKING/STORAGE RATES: • Winter and Summer outdoor storage $50.00 per month. • Campers - Boats - Trailers $10.00. Cars $5.00 per day.

ACTIVITIES: • Mini golf equipment is offered at $2.00 per person. Last game must start no later than one hour before office closes. Zip line for small children under 70lbs. • Pool opens at 10AM daily and closes at the same time as the office; Memorial Day Weekend – Labor Day. • No Lifeguard on Duty- Children under the age of 14 must always have an adult (18 or older) supervising them inside the pool area. No running, diving or rough play. Pool hours are 10:00 AM until the office closes. Drinks with lids (no glass) are allowed on the deck area. No food. • Friday and Saturday Activities: (Memorial Day Weekend thru Labor Day Weekend) - 6:30PM - Wagon Ride - 7:00PM - Candy Bar Bingo - 8:15PM - Outdoor Movie • Activities may be cancelled due to weather or arising circumstances. RULES: • After dark – Children under the age of 18 must be at their campsite unless accompanied by an adult. No bike riding. • Quiet Hours: 10:30PM to 8:00AM • Driving: Children are at play! Drive slowly. • Car tags must always be visible from the road. EVERY car must have a tag to be in the park. Violators will be towed at owner’s expense. Back into your site or parallel to the road. We don’t want to walk on your site to see the tag. • ATVs, Dirt Bikes and Motorcycles- Must be driven by a person with a driver’s license to exit and enter the park from 8:00AM and before 10:30PM. No driving around the park! • Never leave your campfire unattended. Douse your fire before leaving your site, going to bed or checking out. Always watch your children around campfires. Don’t burn garbage or leave garbage /pet waste on your campsite or in the fire ring. There will be a $20.00 charge for non-compliance. • No foraging or cutting trees for any reason. • Picnic tables should be lifted; not pushed or pulled. There is a $20.00 fee for tables not returned to their original location. • Bounce-houses are not permitted within the park. Golf cart owners need to show proof of $100,000 liability insurance upon arrival (electric carts only). PROHIBITED: • Fireworks (including sparklers & pop-its), water balloons, party poppers, generators, chainsaws, Chinese lanterns, drones, BB guns, slingshots, firearms. • No electric car charging. VISITOR POLICY: • Visiting hours are 9:00AM- 9:00PM. All visitors must register at the office, pay a $5.00 vehicle entrance fee and disclose the site and name of the camper they are visiting. Tag provided must be visible from the road. Vehicles without a tag will be towed at owners expense. Pool use is $5.00 per person per day and a wristband will be provided. • If your visitor(s) stay the night, they must register at the office as a guest before the office closes. All overnight guests must follow camping rules and check out by 11:00AM. • Music must always be at a respectable level. • This Park is privately owned and we reserve the right to remove anyone whose conduct or language is disruptive to others, without refund. • North and South Bathhouses are accessible 24 hours a day with code provided at check-in. • Laundry Room is open 24 hours a day. • The cleaning times of the facilities will vary. • Office Hours 9:00AM to 7:00PM Sunday-Thursday 9:00AM-8:00PM Friday & Saturday. • Wi-Fi available in lobby for work purposes only. • A 3.99% fee will be added to all charge card transactions.

Pet Policy ✓ 2 pet limit! ✓ Use designated pet walk areas (don’t walk pets through sites), and clean up after your pet. ✓ Pets must be staked or kenneled at campsite and they must be attended to at all times. ✓ No pets in the recreation areas inside of Chipmunk Circle or any building. ✓ No aggressive animals allowed. ✓ Frequent or continuous barking, aggressive behavior or not picking up after your pet are grounds for being asked to leave the park without a refund. ✓ Dogs must be leashed and easily controlled when taking them for a walk.
