MYSTIC QUARRY PARK POLICIES
GENERAL:
Guests and visitors are required to wear wristbands during their stay, and display a car pass. All park visitors and cars must be registered at the front office.
• Only septic-safe toilet paper can be used in park toilets. Guest will be held financially responsible for disposing of objects in toilets such as wet wipes, feminine hygiene products, or other items that clog our lines.
• Campfires allowed in designated fire rings/pits only based on Comal County rules - grills with lids are permissible at all times.
• Please help us keep our facilities, restrooms, and showers neat and clean. Please report any problems immediately.
• Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM Sunday - Thursday. Please report any disturbance by calling the after hours line. Quiet time begins at midnight on weekend and holiday evenings. If we have to call the authorities for a disturbance at your site, you may be required to leave without refund.
• The park speed limit is 7.5 MPH. Violators will be warned once and then asked to leave without a refund after additional violations.
• Mystic Quarry is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items
• All additional vehicles, boats, and trailers are subject to extra parking fees.
• NO parking, NO stakes and NO carpets on the grass.
• No glass in the fenced-in pool area. Violating this rule results in a $100 fine.
• No personal golf carts allowed on property.
INDOOR ACCOMMODATIONS:
• Check in time is 3 PM & check out is 11 AM.
• Rates for indoor accommodation include the number of guests listed for the unit; additional guests are limited to one extra guest per unit. Call the office for additional guest fees
• Registered dogs are allowed in certain designated units and are subject to a $50 cleaning fee & $100 refundable deposit.
• Smoking in the unit, leaving dirty dishes, not disclosing having a pet, leaving trash, staining linens, and leaving a unit excessively dirty or with damages are subject to cleaning fees.
RV SITES & TENT SITES:
• Check in time is 2 PM & check out time is 12 PM.
• Maximum number of guests allowed over 5 years of age is 10 per RV Site and 8 Per Tent Site.
• Rates for RV and tent sites include 4 people and 1 vehicle. This does not include monthly rates.
• NO GENERATORS.
• No washing your vehicles or RVs without management permission. Washing only allowed on the weekends and with a water usage fee of $20.
• Mystic Quarry is not responsible for damage that occurs to your RV while in the park.
• No stakes in the ground.
• No carpets on the grass.
PETS:
• Pets cannot be left unattended outside.
• Pets must be up to date on vaccinations and flea & tick medications. Vaccination records must be available upon request.
• Service animals must adhere to our pet policy.
• No dangerous dog breeds allowed.
• Dog-Friendly Tiny Houses can have dogs so long as they are under 30 pounds (limit of 2).
• Dog-Friendly Cabins can have dogs of any size (limit of 2).
• You must control your pet with a leash & clean up after them. Failure to do so can result in fines or being asked to leave without a refund.
