GULF SHORES RV RESORT RULES
QUIET HOURS: Are from 10:00pm to 7:00am. Please consider your neighbors during quiet hours.
We reserve the right to ask guests to leave without a refund if these rules are not followed.
SPEED LIMIT: Is 5 MPH and is seriously enforced for the safety of everyone. Drive only on designated roads and NEVER through campsites. This includes all vehicles: bikes, rollerblades, scooters, motorcycles, golf carts, etc. Use exits and entrances appropriately.
RESERVATIONS & CHECK-IN/OUT: Site rental payment is due when the reservation is made (before occupancy). Check-in for RV and tent sites is 1:00pm and for cottages/suites/studios/bunkhouses is 4:00pm. Check-out is 10:00am for Cottages & 11:00am for RVs. NO Refunds for early departures. Requested RV sites and cabins are not guaranteed. No site changes without approval from the office.
TENTS: Are NOT permitted anywhere, including RV sites, except for designated tent sites.
FIREWORKS/FIREARMS: No use of firearms, BB guns, or fireworks allowed.
GRILLING AND CAMPFIRES: PLEASE DO NOT GRILL ON WOOD DECKS. Fire rings are provided by the resort near the cabins, RV sites, and at designated tent sites. Removal or destruction is prohibited, Personal self-contained, above ground, and covered fire rings are permitted at all sites. Please check county websites for fire bans.
TRASH: Please dispose of your trash during your stay and when you depart. Trash is picked up from your site/ cabin once daily from 10-11am. Please do not leave trash out overnight.
• RV guests: Please place trash at the end of your site nearest the road.
• Cabin guests: Please place trash at roadside for pickup.
VEHICLES: Only one RV and up to 2 vehicles per site. Please park only in your designated parking areas. No Parking in empty sites. You will be issued a vehicle tag identifying your vehicle as registered. Please display the tag on the rear-view mirror in your vehicle at all times. RV must be well maintained. RVs older than 10 years old must be approved by management. No more than 1 RV can be parked on a site.
SWIMMING POOLS: Are available for registered resort guests only. Only proper bathing suits may be worn in the pools. An adult MUST accompany children under the age of 18 at ALL times as there are NO lifeguards on duty.
PLAYGROUND: Parents must be present and assume all risks while children play.
MERCANTILE STORE: Is open 7 days a week. Opening and closing hours vary by season.
PETS: We love pets and welcome non-aggressive breeds under the following guidelines:
• Must be leashed at ALL times, including at your site, on a leash not longer than 6 feet. Leaving pets outside and unattended is NEVER permitted.
• Feces must be cleaned up IMMEDIATELY.
• Must be kept quiet and inside your RV when unattended.
• Must be non-aggressive and friendly.
• Outdoor pens/kennels are prohibited unless approved by management.
• Are not allowed in common areas including pool areas, lodge, and laundry/shower facilities.
• No more than two pets per RV.
• Please do not allow cats to run loose.
• Please do not feed the camp cats.
CHILDREN: Parents are responsible for ALL actions of their children, including financial liability for damage caused to resort facilities and property of other resort guests. Children under 14 may NOT be left unattended at any time.
VISITORS: Must be accompanied by a registered guest at all times. Visitors must vacate the property by 10:00pm. Overnight guests must be registered at the office.
RESTROOM, SHOWER & LAUNDRY FACILITIES: Are open 24-hours, seven days a week. Laundry left behind, or unattended will be removed. Management is not responsible for property left unattended or damage caused by the machines.
ATVs & UNLICENSED VEHICLES: Motorcycles and golf carts permitted. NO dirt bikes, go-karts, or ATVs may be ridden in the resort. Washing of motorcycles, autos or RVs is not allowed.
MAIL: A drop box for outgoing mail is located in the office. We recommend that you get a post office box at the local post office for your incoming mail because the post office WILL NOT forward your mail from our address when you leave. Packages may be received if addressed “In Care of Gulf Shores RV Resort” and include your name.
DAMAGES: We are not responsible for damage, injury, or loss by accident, theft, or fire to guests or personal property. If you cause damage to the report property in any way you will be charged.
