GUEST SERVICES AND GUIDELINES
Please review the following guidelines with members of your party so that everyone has a safe and fun stay at our campground. QUIET HOURS: 11:00pm to 8:00am ONE FAMILY, ONE CAMPING UNIT AND ONE VEHICLE PER SITE • A family is defined as parents and their minor children who live with them (up to four children). • A camping unit is anything you sleep in- tent, trailer, fifth wheel, pop-up, truck camper, motorhome, etc. No car camping. • Separate families sharing a site, each using their own camping unit, including tents (doubling-up), will each be charged the regularly nightly camping fee. • ALL VEHICLES IN THE CAMPGROUND MUST HAVE A CAR PASS DISPLAYED and must be completely off the road. Do not park in unoccupied sites. Extra vehicles must be parked in our parking lot. VISITORS • All visitors must register and pay applicable fees prior to entering the campground. We reserve the right to limit the number of people occupying or visiting a site. • Registered Visitors are permitted to use all the campground facilities and are required to obey all campground rules. • Registered day visitors must depart by 10:00pm. SWATARA CREEK: You are welcome to swim and splash in the Creek. All children ages 12 and under must be supervised at or in the stream. Fishing is permitted according to the rules set by the PA Fish & Boat Commission. Fishing bait and tackle are available in the KOA General Store. 5 MPH SPEED LIMIT. All motorized vehicles, including golf carts, may be operated by sober, licensed drivers only.

CAMPFIRES should be kept at a safe level within the designated fire ring only. Do not burn plastic, cans or glass in fire rings. Never leave a campfire unattended.

WI-FI NO PASSWORD IS NEEDED. Search available networks and choose “Jonestown KOA”. Click on the SECOND BUTTON, “click here for a few minutes of free access.” As long as your device is active you should remain online. Service will not allow for large photo/video down loads and streaming.
DO NOT move from one site to another. All sites are assigned. DO NOT discharge gray or black water into an open container or onto the ground. DO NOT wash your RV or vehicle at your campsite. Vehicle maintenance is not allowed onsite. NO fireworks of any kind are allowed at any time. Do not discharge firearms or game hunting equipment in the campground as well. • You will be asked to remove any political flag or content. • Report any facilities not in working order or infractions of the rules promptly so we may correct the situation. DO NOT deface property of any kind, including trees, in the campground or surrounding properties. Offenders will be prosecuted. NO GENERATORS AT ANY TIME FULL SERVICE CONVENIENCE STORE with groceries, ice, general merchandise, tobacco, live bait, the food items listed on the menu, PA Lottery, various apparel, gift items and a robust line of RV and camping supplies. We also have an ATM. Limited tourist information can be obtained in the General Store. TASTY ICE CREAM YEAR-ROUND The General Store has the largest ice cream shop in the area with two walk-up windows on our porch. We feature 20 flavors of creamy hand-dipped ice cream plus swirl vanilla, chocolate and twist soft serve. Soft serve is seasonal only.
FOOD SERVICE When our kitchen is open, you can call your food order into the General Store for pick-up or site delivery. If a menu is not attached, please pick one up in the General Store. We do not deliver ice cream or breakfast food to campsites. FIREWOOD Kiln dried, bagged firewood in two sizes. Either call the General Store or stop a site escort to purchase your firewood. We do not allow outside firewood to be brought into our campground. ACTIVITY ROOM & PAVILION are available for rental. BANANA BIKE or PEDAL KART RENTALS Rentals are also available by the 1/2-hour. Parental consent & credit card information required. The bikes come in a variety of sizes for smaller or bigger kids. Bike helmets are required by PA law. KAYAK & TUBE RENTALS Information on Pricing & Boat Availability at the KOA General Store. WE ARE ADJACENT TO SWATARA STATE PARK You can access miles of Rail Trail from the campground. SPLASH PAD & JUMP PAD Hours Posted, not available during rain or excessive wind. Splash Pad open daily from Memorial Day through Labor Day weekends. Rules are posted at amenity. PLAYGROUND & POCKET PARK Includes Cornhole, Ladderball and a Ga-Ga Pit. Large Checkerboard nearby and Horseshoe pits are located near playground area. Closes at Dusk. MINI GOLF Open at 9:00am. Equipment available and price is posted at Curbside Check-in Building. If Curbside check-in is not open, see staff member in the store. Course closes when store closes. PET POLICY & KAMP K-9 We welcome all good-tempered, well-behaved pets in our campground; however, several rules apply. • Please keep your pet on leash at all times, except in our offleash dog park. Maximum 6’ leash when walking. Please do not leave your pet tied outside unattended. • No pet pens/fences. • Pets should have current license and inoculation tags. • Please clean up after your pet. • Do not take your pet into the bathhouse, store, splash pad or playground. • Never leave your pet unattended at your camper, campsite or anywhere in the campground. • Excessive noise and aggressive behavior will not be tolerated. Kamp K-9 is our off-leash fenced-in play area for your pet. It is located on the Lickdale Road side of the campground. A dog sanitary station is also located at Kamp K-9. PROPANE 10:00am to close of store. There is a $10 minimum fee for any fill. BATHHOUSE & LAUNDRY Open 24 Hours. Management reserves the right to discharge anyone from the premises, without refund, for detrimental conduct and/ or violating the campground rules. Campers are responsible, personally and financially, for campground destruction or acts of vandalism incurred by them, their children and/or their visitors. Management assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries or losses from any cause, including weather.
