1. Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park™ at Daddy Joe’s is a privately owned camping resort. We reserve the right to select our clientele and refuse anyone. We are not a primary residence facility.
2. Entrance onto the campground property constitutes permission for the management of Jellystone Park™ at Daddy Joe’s to photograph and video the visitor while on the premises and to use any resulting pictures for any lawful purpose without compensation to visitor.
3. The guest assumes all risks and danger incidental to the activity of camping in a rustic outdoor environment including specifically (but not exclusive) the danger of being injured by insects, or other animals, of being injured while participating in recreational activities, such as hiking or swimming at Camp-Resort or being injured as a result of inclement weather conditions, and agree that the Camp Resort and its owners, agents and employees are not liable for injuries or property damages resulting from such causes.
4. Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park™ is not responsible for any loss of valuables, accidents or injuries.
5. All guest will check in at the Registration Station before setting up on a campsite or moving to another site.
6. All visitors must check in at the Registration Station. Extra fees may apply.
7. Each site fee is for a family of six. Extra persons, fees apply.
8. Parking on a campsite is limited to one camping unit and two vehicles per site. (1 small tent is allowed). All vehicles must be parked on campsite concrete slab, not on grass or in campground road. An overflow parking lot is available. Extra vehicles must be registered at the Registration Station. Extra fee may apply.
9. We love pets at Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park™ and have a few policies to make camping with your pets enjoyable for all: Pets must be kept on leashes and under control of the owner. They are not to be left unattended at any time. We ask that you clean up after your pet (doggie stations are available in several area throughout the campground). In consideration of other guests we will not allow constant barking. If you are unable to control your pets you may be asked to make other arrangement for them. Yurts are pet friendly; however, we do not allow pets in or around all other rental units. Pets are not allowed in any building or pool area.
10. The speed limit for our park is 5 ½ MPH.
11. Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM.
12. We allow electric scooters, mopeds, eBikes, hoverboards, electric skateboards, and Segways. Each of these must be single rider only. We do not allow seat attachments on hoverboards; you must be standing. When riding at night you must have lights in the front and the back. Riders must obey all street signs and the posted speed limit. This includes stopping at all stop signs. We encourage all riders to wear proper gear such as helmets. Drones and remote-controlled aircraft are not allowed in the campground.
13. Golf carts are welcome. Drivers of golf carts must be 16 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license. Personal golf carts must have proof of insurance with $50,000 liability coverage and an annual pass. Annual pass fee is $40.00 and expires on December 32 of each year. Flags on golf carts are not allowed to impede the vision of the driver.
14. Please do not ride golf carts or bicycles after dark unless they are equipped with headlights and taillights. There is an 11 PM curfew.
15. We welcome your electric vehicle at our Camp-Resort. There will be a $10.00 fee per day to charge your EV. Please let the Registration Station know the number of days you will be charging vehicle. If this changes at any point, we can adjust.
16. Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside any building, pool areas, bathhouses, yurts, cabins or bunkhouses.
17. Swimming and boating are not allowed in ponds. We do not allow pools of any size or Slip N Slides (or other water features with a constant flow of water) on sites.
18. Parents are responsible for their children at all times. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult in the pool, Aqua Play, mini golf, and activities area.
19. Alcoholic beverages are restricted to your site only. We will not allow public intoxication in the Camp-Resort. Loud, inappropriate and vulgar language is also not tolerated. The use, possession or distribution of illegal drugs on the Camp Resort property will not be tolerated.
20. Flags flown on your site or from a vehicle must be free from inappropriate language and vulgarity.
21. Please do not move picnic tables, cut tree or trash site.
22. Campfires are permitted in grills or fire rings only.
23. Please help keep our resort clean by not putting your trash out overnight. All Trash must be placed curbside to be picked up after 12 noon daily. All other items left on your site may result in a charge.
24. Washing of your RV or vehicle is not allowed.
25. We offer free Wi-Fi. Connect to “Daddy Joe’s Broadband” and you will be directed to the login page. Accept the terms and conditions and you will be online!
26. Camping is an outdoor experience. Therefore, we do not give refunds due to the discomforts of nature, illness or work schedules.
27. Yogi Bear Jellystone Park™ at Daddy Joe’s welcomes all families to our Camp-Resort, and we discourage anything that could potentially make guests feel unwelcome. Please do not display any political, discriminatory (or potentially perceived discriminatory), or other polarizing signage, language, or flags at campsites.
