Late Check-Out Policy:
• Guests that remain after 2:00 pm will be charged an additional night stay.
• 12:00 pm checkout may be available for a $25 fee or until 2:00 pm for a half days rate. Both must be arranged with the Front Desk on the day of departure before 11:00 am and are subject to availability.
Pet Policy:
• Dogs welcome and must be registered at the Front Desk upon arrival - no more than two dogs per room. Cats and exotic pets are strictly prohibited.
• To help cover the cleaning, a onetime non-refundable fee of $50 will be added to your reservation.
• No pets in the guest laundry, pool area, or indoors at the Sideways Lounge. Pets are not to be left unattended for offproperty excursions. For the protection and consideration of our guests, vicious, unruly pets are not allowed, and the owner will be asked to vacate the pet off the property.
• Any incidents involving pets will not be the responsibility of the hotel and will be expected to be resolved between the pet owner and the parties involved.
Smoking:
• This Hotel is non-smoking. Smoking is prohibited within 25 feet of any building. Fees up to $250 will be charged for any violations of this policy. Designated areas are provided throughout the property.
Occupancy Guidelines:
• Unless otherwise stated 2 adult guests are included in rate. Additional guests will cost $10 per person/per day. Children under the age of 6 are included in the rate. 4 people maximum per room.
Security:
• Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles.
• Keep your valuables locked up.
• Report any problems with your room to the Front Desk immediately.
• We adhere to and maintain all state, county, and local laws on property.
Quiet Hours:
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm8:00 am.
• Please be courteous to other guest’s quiet enjoyment.
• Loud, objectionable noise is not allowed at any time.
• Inconsiderate guests will be asked to leave. Profanity or violence towards others and the hotel team will not be tolerated.
Sideways Lounge:
• Sunday - Thursday: 5:00 pm10:00 pm.

Breakfast:
• King rooms include breakfast for 2 guests at no additional charge.
• Queen rooms include breakfast for 4 guests at no additional charge.
• To order scan the QR code in your room prior to 10:00 pm the day prior, select what you would like, when you would like it dropped off, and it will be left on your door in the morning at your selected time.
• Additional items are available at cost listed on the ordering site.
Housekeeping:
• Guests staying 1-2 nights will not receive service, however we can provide towels, toilet paper etc. at the front desk.
• Guests staying 4 or more nights can request service no more than every two days, service must be arranged the night prior with the front desk.
• Trash, towel, and linen pick up is available daily 9:00 am - 5:00 pm upon request.
