88 Shades RV Park Guidelines • Quiet time is 10:00pm to 8:00am. Please be considerate. • No tents. • The posted speed limit within the park is 5 MPH and must be adhered to by all vehicles. • Motorcycles and ATV’s are allowed if driven slowly & quietly. Mufflers are mandatory! • No one under the age of 16 may operate any motorized vehicle within the park at any time. • Children must be under strict and direct adult supervision at all times within the park. • Alcohol and smoking are not permitted in any of the indoor park facilities. • Spa: There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk! Shower before entering. No food or drink allowed in the pool/spa area. • No wood fires are allowed. Propane and charcoal barbecues are acceptable. • Each space is rented for one RV and no more than two vehicles.
• Pets must be clean, quiet, and problem free. ALL PETS must be kept on a leash and cleaned-up after within the park at ALL TIMES. Pets may not be tied outside day or night or left unattended at any time. Pets are not allowed in any of the park facilities. • Termination of tenancy can result for violation of park rules and regulations or for unreasonable conduct. • All park facilities and equipment is intended for the convenience of our guests. Anyone using them does so at their own risk. The park is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss or damage to property.
