GUIDELINES FOR EVERYONE’S SAFETY & ENJOYMENT
We hope you have a pleasant stay at our campground. It is our intention to have a clean, quiet campground. Therefore, our campground policies are those which extend common courtesies to your neighbors. We reserve the right to evict anyone (without refund) who refuses to extend these courtesies to others. CHECK-IN TIME:
RV and TENT SITES: 1:00 pm
CAMPING CABINS: 3:00 pm
CHECK-OUT TIME:
CAMPING CABINS: 11:00 am (no exceptions, call office)
RV and TENT SITES: 11:00 am
LATE CHECK-OUT RV/TENT SITES: Late check-out is subject to availability. If staying an extra day, the office must know by 10:00 am (This is subject to availability.)
LATE CHECK-OUT FEES:
11:00 - 11:30 am $10.00
11:30 - 12:00 pm addl. $10.00
12:00 - 1:00 pm addl. $15.00
1:00 pm Full Day Charge
POOL: NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY! Swim at your own risk! Pool is intended for registered guests ONLY. Additional guests must pay a day use fee, in advance, at office. Violators subject to eviction without refund. Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult inside the pool area.
OVERNIGHT GUESTS: Campground for registered guests ONLY. Additional guests, beyond original number registered, must pay a fee per person, per night in advance at office.
NOT leave pets outside, tied down or unattended. Pets must have current vaccinations.
SPEED LIMIT: 5 mph. A very important rule!
RESTROOMS: Please help us keep the restrooms clean for all guests. Please contact office if attention is needed.
ALL VEHICLES: A maximum of 1 vehicle per site. Washing is not permitted. Our water system cannot support this. Maintenance of any kind is also prohibited.
PARKING: Park in designated site on gravel area. Do not park on grass, in other sites or impede main roads. If additional parkng is needed, contact office.
QUIET HOURS: 10pm to 7am. Playground is not to be used after DUSK
GENERATORS: NOT ALLOWED unless approved by office.
FIREWORKS & FIREARMS: NOT ALLOWED.
ALCOHOL & DRUGS: Drunkenness or illegal drug use will NOT be tolerated. Violators will be evicted without refund.
OPEN FIRES: NOT ALLOWED. Use gas or charcoal grill only.
CLOTHESLINES: Not to be used. They are dangerous and unsightly. Dryers are available in the laundry room.
ALL BUILDINGS ARE SMOKE FREE.
NO HAMMOCKS ATTACHED TO TREES.
PETS: They must be kept quiet, on leash, exercised only in designated areas, and cleaned up after. Pets NOT allowed in buildings or on the playground. DO Amarillo KOA is a privately owned facility. Owner and management assume NO RESPONSIBILITY for accidents, injuries or losses of any kind from any cause. Management reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone, at any time, for any reason including condition of and/or type of camping unit.
