Discounts: Good Sam/AARP/Veterans. Apply to DAILY RATES ONLY. Check-in: 1:00pm • Check-out: 11:00am Guests: Must register at Office and receive parking pass. Visitors: Must register at office and receive a parking pass. Towing enforced. Visitors limited to (2) vehicles, or up to 8 people per site. Guests are responsible for visitor’s behavior at all times. Quiet Time: 10:00pm to 7:00am Speed Limit: 5 miles per hour. Parking: Sites are 32’ x 65’ - 75’ for ONE RV, and up to ONE car in tow (or pulling). NO overhang into roadway. Parking of over-length towed Vehicles/ Trailers must be in designated overflow parking only. No driving or parking on grass. Hook-ups: All connections must stay on concrete including sewer lines – nothing on the grass – Strictly Enforced. Sewer Connections – Strictly Enforced. Must be capped at all times. Use an E-Z Coupler; inform office of any sewer connection problems or difficulties at once. RV Site: Your campsite must be kept in a clean and attractive manner. No window A/C units. No tinfoil on windows. All trash must be properly bagged and set out for pick-up between daylight & 10:00am ONLY every morning. Children: 11 and under must be kept under adult supervision when not in immediate site area. Playground: Use at your own risk. Property owner and personnel are NOT responsible for any injuries or damage that may result from its use. Pets: Must be kept on leash at all times unless using fenced in dog run area. Cleaning up after your pet is mandatory. This includes your site area. NEVER leave pets tied up, penned up or unattended. Swimming Pools: A.) Family Pool: Open 9:00am to 10:00pm daily. Use at your own risk. Property owner and personnel are NOT responsible for any injuries or damage that may result from its use. Rules posted in pool area are strictly enforced. Children must be supervised at all times. ABSOLUTELY NO GLASS CONTAINERS OR PETS ALLOWED PAST GATE. B.) Adult Pool: Open 9am to 10pm daily. Use at your own risk. Property owner and personnel are NOT responsible for any injuries or damage that may result from its use. Rules posted in pool area are strictly enforced. No one under the age of 18 allowed. ABSOLUTELY NO GLASS CONTAINERS OR PETS ALLOWED PAST GATE.

Laundry Rooms: Access provided by security code lock. Coin operated. Bill/ coin changer provided. Remove clothes promptly when machine is done. BBQ Grills: Crawfish/Crab/Shrimp Boils welcome at pavilion by pond or at your site. Use our Fish Cleaning Station to discard remains and boiling pot water IN THE BAYOU. BBQ grills provided at pavilion. Oversized pit located next to the Meeting House. Use charcoal only. Do not place any portable propane or charcoal grills on picnic tables. Dumpster: For normal trash only – no oil, batteries, etc. or seafood remains (crab, crawfish, fish). Use our Fish Cleaning Station to discard remains IN THE BAYOU. Vehicles: No washing allowed. No mechanical work (including oil changes) allowed in park unless approved by management in emergency cases. Overflow Parking: Overflow parking is to be used for excess vehicles/personal trailers/cargo trailers and boats only. No storage of RVs allowed on Premises. Bicycles, Skateboards, Rollerblades, etc.: Allowed — however, property owner and personnel are NOT responsible for any injuries or damage that may result from their use. Golf Carts: Allowed – however, property owner and personnel are NOT responsible for injuries or damage that may result from their use. Electric Golf Carts Only. Operator of Golf Cart must have a valid driver’s license (No Minors). Mopeds, ATVs or other small motorized vehicles: NOT ALLOWED to be operated on property. Fireworks and Loaded Firearms. NOT ALLOWED. Smoking: No smoking in any building allowed. Never throw butts on the ground. Alcoholic Beverages: On-site consumption of alcoholic beverages allowed. Out-of-hand behavior will not be tolerated. Any incidents concerning overconsumption will be dealt with by management and violators will be asked to leave premises immediately. NO REFUNDS. EMERGENCY SITUATIONS: In all cases – NOTIFY THE OFFICE AT ONCE. Emergency number: 911 No FEMA Campers. If at any time you have any questions or need assistance, please contact the office.
