All payments are due in advance. The daily rate will be charged after 11am. Arizona Charlie’s is not a residential RV Park. Length of stay is limited. Inquire at the Front Desk. Only newer, self-contained RVs are accepted. The Park reserves the right to refuse admission for RVs not meeting current Park standards. Please pull in as close as possible to hookups.
Space Assignment – Please park only in spaces assigned by our staff. Only one RV and one vehicle are allowed per site. Parking for your tow vehicle or tow dolly is in front of, or behind your rig. Please use caution. Guests will be responsible for replacement cost of any utilities or fixture damage.
DO NOT GIVE OUT GATE CODE.
Children – Parents are responsible for their children’s conduct and safety. Maximum stay with children is two weeks.
Visitors – Registered guests are responsible for their visitors.
Speed Limit – Maximum speed is 10mph throughout the park at all times.
Pets – All pets (limit one) must be on a leash at all times. You are responsible for picking up waste after your pet. Pets CANNOT be tied to any of our trees or be left outside unattended. Unruly or noisy pets will not be tolerated. All pets must be registered in the office and the pet rules followed.
Hours – Clubhouse and laundry are open from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Pool hours are from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm.
Space Care – Guests are responsible for keeping their spaces neat and clean. Outside clotheslines are not allowed in the RV Park. Leaking sewer or water hoses must be repaired by the RV owner. Also, please have adequate slope in your sewer hose per S. Nevada Health District. Tents, awnings, sheds and other unattached structures are not permitted. Courtesy to your neighbors will ensure that all will have a pleasant stay.
Mail – US Postal Mail is not available.
Copy and Fax Services – Available in the office 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Propane – Delivery on Wednesday, inquire at the office.
Messages – All Arizona Charlie’s correspondence will be provided via E-mail. Bicycles – Bicycles are not to be ridden in the RV Park after dark.
Firearms – Discharge of firearms is prohibited.
RV Washing – Prohibited.
Vehicles – No repairing or changing oil, except by Resort-approved mobile services. All vehicles (rigs and personal) must be licensed and operable. No parking in unoccupied sites, on the street or in common areas that are not part of your site. NO PARKING ON GRAVEL.
Pool and Spa – Please rinse off before using pool or spa. No lifeguards posted; use at your own risk. Other Clark County rules and regulations are posted. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an ADULT. CHILDREN UNDER 14 ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE SPA.
Tents – Tents are not allowed at any time. Sleeping outside your vehicle is prohibited for safety reasons.
Fires – Gas barbecuing is permitted in designated grilling areas. OPEN FLAMES are never permitted.
Motorcycles – Motorcycles, ATVs and minibikes with proper mufflers are permitted on RV Park roads; however, they may not be ridden for pleasure in the park.
Skateboards, Roller Skates and Inline Skates
– Are not allowed in the RV Park.
Quiet Hours – 9pm until 7am.
The following are not permitted within the Resort:
• Clutter and any “eyesore” such as: boxes, tools, wood, empty flowerpots, etc. (This includes under your rigs.)
• Clotheslines or hanging of laundry
• Open storage containers
• Pedestrians/vehicles cutting through or crossing over sites
No unauthorized soliciting or selling.
We reserve the right to evict anyone from the property in the event of inappropriate or unacceptable behavior or a disturbance resulting in security or law enforcement involvement, or failure to maintain the current balance on your stay. Please be courteous to other RVers and their property at all times.

Have Your Site Number Ready. Our 24-hour Security Patrol is radio equipped for quick response for all emergency services in the area.
