CAMPGROUND INFORMATION, RULES & POLICIES

• After Office Hours, for immediate assistance please call 856-629-5140, choose option #3. Security will answer to support you.

• ALL CAMPERS & VISITORS MUST REGISTER at the Registration Site upon arrival. Daily Guest Fee: Non-Peak $18 day or overnight, Peak (June 14th-Sept 1st) Holiday/ Halloween Season $30 day or overnight.

• BOAT RENTALS: $20 an hour for the pedal boats, canoes, and rowboats. One adult over 18 must go on the boat and a waiver must be signed.

• FIREWOOD: $14 for a bag and $7 for a bag of kindling. Available to be purchased at the store or office and can be delivered to your site per request.

• PROPANE TANKS: can be filled by stopping in the office. Tanks are dropped of BEFORE 3pm will be filled by 4pm that day.

• FISHING: The lake is home to bass, catfish, pickerel, sunnies and a few eels and crawfish. Worms can be purchased in the store and fishing rods are available for rent at $5 per day. Our lake is catch and release.

• The park is open from April 18th - November 9th.

• Peak season is June 14th – September 1st.

• Events and amenities have limited availability during the non-Peak season.

• 1 camping unit and 2 vehicles per site; extra vehicles must park in overflow lot, not including day guest vehicles that must park in overflow lot.

• Wristbands issued upon check-in must be worn at all times to identify you as a registered guest. These wristbands also serve as your ticket to fun! They grant you access and use of the park’s amenities, attractions, and facilities. You may be turned away from an activity or amenity if a wristband is not present.

• Please no bicycle riding after dark; helmets are required for all guests 17 and younger.

• Battery powered scooters, bicycles, and other means of transportation are not allowed.

• Campers may arrive on a motorcycle, but are not permitted to ride the vehicle around the park.

• Quiet hours: Daily 11PM-8AM.

• We do not allow Hoverboards, e-bikes, motorized scooters, ATV, Go Karts or slingshot Trikes.

Cabin/Rentals:

• Check-in time is 4pm.

• Checkout time is 11am.

• Tents are not allowed at cabins or cottages.

• Our cabins are non-smoking. An excessive cleaning fee will be assessed if policy is violated.

• Pets are not allowed at the cabins.

Campsites:

• Check-in time is 3pm.

• Check-out time is 1pm.

• No tents allowed on RV campsites. One camping unit per site.

• Max of two pets allowed at all campsites. We reserve the right to remove hostile pets from the parks.

Water Attractions and Pool Rules:

• All persons under the age of 16 must have a supervising companion, to be in the pools and within the pool and water attraction area. “Supervising companion” is understood to mean a person who is responsible for assuring that the child will comply with applicable rules and regulations.

• Some pools and attractions may not have a Lifeguard on duty. Please supervise children at all times and follow all posted signs and rules.

• Proper swim attire is required.

• Swim attire must be appropriate for a family environment.

• Inappropriate swim attire: Jeans, cut offs, undergarments, swimwear that is revealing or has messaging that depicts violence, nudity, vulgarity, or discriminatory language or graphics.

• Swim attire with buckles, rivets, zippers, or exposed metal, and other sharp objects are not allowed on slides.

• Food, drinks, and coolers are allowed in the waterpark. Glass, bottles or containers, and alcohol are not permitted. Food and beverages are not allowed in any pools or spas.

• Smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes are not allowed in or around the pool area.

• Larger outside flotation devices including floats and rafts are not permitted.

• We expect all guests to behave in a family-friendly manner. Line jumping, profanity, and unruly behavior are considered offensive behaviors and could result in the guest being ejected from the property without a refund.

• Firearms, ammunition, knives, and weapons of any kind are not allowed.

• Breath-holding games are not permitted in any pools or attractions.

• For your safety, certain pools or attractions may need to close during severe weather, such as electrical storms, heavy rain, or high winds. If weather causes a closure every attempt will be made to reopen as soon as it is safe to do so. Pool decks and cabanas will be cleared and guests will be asked to remove their personal items and leave the waterpark area.

• Guests with limited swimming abilities, certain body proportions, certain heights and/or weights may not be able to enjoy all attractions. All guests must meet the attractions requirements to ride.

*By entering the premises described in this guide, I hereby consent and authorize Jellystone Park™ South Jersey to photograph, or otherwise record me and to use the photographs and/or motion pictures and video taken of me, including my name, likeness and voice, as well as any testimonial statements made by myself, and all other aspects of my personality, and any reproduction of them in any form, for the purpose of publicizing, promoting, and advertising Camp-Resort’s attractions in any media now known or later developed, in perpetuity and throughout the world, without further compensation to me. I further agree to release and hold harmless the successors and assigns, from any and all claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses or damages, including without limitation reasonable attorney’s fees, which may arise out of or in connection with any claim by me or alleged to be on my behalf resulting from the use of the publicity items, the use of which I now knowingly and voluntarily grant to the Camp-Resort, and the full ownership rights of which I now knowingly and voluntarily grant and assign to the Camp-Resort. Further, I acknowledge and agree that I assume all risks and dangers incidental to the activity of camping in a rustic outdoors environment located on the Premises including, without limitation, the danger of being injured by insects or other animals, of being injured while participating in recreational activities, such as hiking, swimming, or boating on the Premises or of being injured as a result of inclement weather conditions. I agree to release directors, employees, successors and assigns, from any and all claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses or damages, including without limitation reasonable attorney’s fees, which may arise out of or in connection my undertaking of these Risks. Without limiting the generality property damages resulting from such Risks. I represent that I am the parent or legal guardian of any minor children that accompany me, and I hereby consent to the foregoing on his/her behalf. If you do not wish to agree to these terms, then you should not enter the Premises.
