Rules and Regulations
PARK POLICIES & INFORMATION
• 10 mph speed limit throughout the campground is strictly enforced.
• All bicycles, scooters, and golf carts operated after dark must have light(s) turned on. Under 2ft flag required!
• Fireworks and explosives of any kind are not permitted under any circumstances. Anyone caught with fireworks will be asked to leave the premises without a refund.
• No firearms are allowed in the campground.
• No playing loud music or music with vulgar language at sites or on golf carts.
• Drones are not permitted anywhere in the campground due to privacy, safety reasons, and restricted air space due to proximity of the airport.
• All common areas are smoke free.
• While alcohol is permitted at your campsite, it must be consumed in a responsible manner and only by adults 21 years of age and older.
• No more than 4 visitors per site at any time. Anyone caught violating this rule will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
• Motorcycles must register with the camp store or guard house upon arrival.
CAMPSITE POLICIES
• Check-in Time: 2PM for RV Sites. 3PM for cottages. Balance is due prior arrival. Personal checks are not accepted.
• Check-out Time: After 11AM for all sites. 10AM for cottages.
• Two overnight cars limited per site on all campsites. No parking on any part of another site without permission and never on an empty site or on the grass. No part of vehicles may be in the road.
• No more than 4 visitors per site at any time. Visitors will be ask to leave immediately. NO STREET PARKING.
• Campfires are permitted on campsites, conditions permitting (i.e. wind, fog, drought), and must be contained in the concrete fire pit. Guests must stay with the fire until it is completely out.
• Please do not place charcoal grills on the campsite picnic tables.
• Please do not walk or drive across an occupied site.
• No washing of vehicles on site. RV Washing permitted with approval from office.
• One camping unit per site.
• Tents allowed on sites with RVs only.

GOLF CART RULES
• Driver must be at least 16 years old and have a valid driver’s license in their possession to operate a golf cart in Barefoot RV Resort (also SC state law). You must be 21 years old to sign a rental contract.
• Privately owned golf carts must be registered with the camp store or guard house.
• Golf Carts operating after sunset must have the light(s) turned on. Lights must be permanently attached and at least four inches in diameter.
• No open containers of alcoholic beverages are allowed on golf carts.
• Golf carts must be operated properly and driven only on roadways. Golf carts are not to be driven across vacant or occupied campsites or in other restricted areas.
PET POLICIES
• Do not leave your pet unattended at your site.
• Pets MUST be on a leash at all times.
• You MUST clean up after your pet and are subject to a $50 fine if you do not.
• Management reserves the right to restrict disruptive or aggressive breeds.
• There is a limit of 3 pets on all sites.
CAMPSITE RESERVATION POLICIES
• The maximum number of adults allowed per site is 6.
• Cancellation Policy: We will return your deposit minus a $25 admin fee if you cancel eight (8) or more days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel seven (7) days or less of your arrival date, your full deposit is forfeited. All Snowbird reservations that cancel thirty (30) days or more prior to their arrival date, will be returned their deposit minus a $25 admin fee. If any Snowbird reservation is cancelled twenty-nine (29) days or less prior to their arrival date your full deposit will be forfeited.
• Refund Policy: Refunds are prohibited for weather condition, voluntary departure, acts of nature, or evictions. Any refund processed will be refunded in the same form that it was originally paid. All refunds processed via debit/credit card will be processed back to the original credit/debit card used, no exceptions.
• No Show Policy: Any guests that have not shown up 24 hours after their check-in time, and have not made prior arrangements with the resort staff, will be considered a no show reservation and will forfeit their deposit.

• Allowed on secondary roads w/ a speed limit of 35 mph or less
• Golf Cart beach parking is at 39th Ave S
• Golf carts are allowed on Ocean Blvd. as long as it is 2 lanes
• All personal golf carts must be registered with the camp store
• We work exclusively with Salty Frye’s Golf Carts, please call 843-491-3300 to rent one

• A bundle of firewood can be purchased at our guard house or camp store.
• We offer bags of ice and can be purchased at our camp store or guard house.
• Showers and bathrooms are located at both pool houses and bath house. We also have bathrooms at the arcade located near the camp store.
• Please do not leave bagged trash outside overnight. Instead, place it by your curb in the morning along with the recycle bin. We pick up trash between 10am - 12pm.
• To rent a golf cart, please call Salty Frye’s at 843-491-3300. They will deliver a cart to your site!
• Included in this packet is a site map along with the rules and regulations and a map of all the area around us that you can explore by foot, golf cart, bike, or vehicle.
• All drivers must have a current driver license.
