Guidelines for an Enjoyable Stay
1. Check-Out Time: 11:00 am
2. Quiet Hours: 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please respect your neighbors during your late night activities.
3. Speed Limit: 10 MPH.
4. Mail: Check with the front desk for help with sending or receiving mail.
5. Garbage: Dumpster location is located on your site map.
6. Smoking is not permitted in any public building.
7. Laundry: Washers & dryers are available in the laundry room. Washers and Dryers take Quarters and/or Credit Cards.
8. Parents: Please make sure that your children have a great time in a safe and responsible manner.
9. Pets: Pets are very welcome as long as they are on a leash, you pick up after them and they don’t bother your neighbors. Large dogs or aggressive dog breeds must be kept under your direct control at all times. Dogs should not be left outside without adult supervision.
10. Changing Sites: If you wish to change sites, please let us know.
11. Golf Carts and Other Motorized Vehicles: All drivers must possess a valid driver’s license.
