Resort Rules & Guidelines CHECK-OUT time is 11:00 am. CHECK-IN times: RV SITES: 1:00 pm / CABINS: 4:00 pm.

SECURITY:

LATE CHECK-OUT POLICY:

• Keep your valuables and bikes locked up.

• Late check-out may be available on a space available basis and must be pre-arranged at a cost of $10.00 per hour. Guests who remain after 1:00 pm will be charged an additional night’s stay.

CODE OF CONDUCT:

VEHICLE POLICY:

• Quiet hours are 11 pm to 8 am.

• Management is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged articles.

• Please keep your campsite tidy and litter-free.

• Speed limit within the resort is 5 mph. For the safety of all and to keep dust at a minimum, this rule is strictly enforced.

• Parents are responsible for their children’s behavior and compliance with resort rules.

• All RVs must be RVIA certified and are subject to management approval at their sole discretion.

• Please be courteous to other guests around you and do not walk through other campsites.

• No tents are allowed. No sleeping in non-RV vehicles.

• Loud, objectionable noise is not allowed at any time.

• One habitable and one non-habitable vehicle are allowed per site and must be parked completely on the gravel within the site. Please do not park on the grass or along the roadways.

• Profanity, violence or inconsideration towards other guests and/or resort personnel will not be tolerated.

• Extra passenger vehicles may be allowed on a space available basis at an additional fee of $5.00 per passenger vehicle per night. All vehicles must be registered at the Front Desk upon arrival.

SITE AMENITIES:

• Large Vehicle Policy: Large vehicles are only accepted on a space available basis and if they cannot fit within the gravel confines of the site, must be placed in an overflow parking area subject to a fee of $10 per large vehicle, per day.

• Sewer: All sewer connections must have an airtight seal as required by State & Federal law.

• Working on vehicles in prohibited. • Vehicle washing is permitted upon approval from the Front Desk. When approved, please use a water restricting valve and auto shutoff nozzle. • Anyone operating a motor vehicle must have a valid driver’s license.

OCCUPANCY GUIDELINES: • Base rate includes 2 people. Additional occupants are $5.00 per person, per night. • Maximum 6 guests per RV site. Cabin maximum occupancies vary by style. • Children under 6 years of age are not subject to additional occupant fee or included in the maximum guests per site count. • Campsites are assigned by resort staff. Please do not change sites without approval from the Front Desk. Site specific reservations may be available for an additional fee.

PET POLICY: • Well-behaved pets are welcome and must be registered at the Front Desk upon arrival. • Pets must be kept on a maximum 6 foot leash at all times while within the resort. Pets may be off-leash on the beach and in the water, but must be under the control of their owner at all times. • Pets may not be left outside unattended. Sorry, no pet fencing allowed. • Guests are responsible to “clean up” after their pet. All pet dropping must be properly disposed of in a trash receptacle or collection area. • Guests should carry proof of pet’s current vaccinations. • Pets are prohibited in resort buildings, including restrooms. • Noisy, vicious or unruly pets are not allowed. Guests who are unable to control their pets must remove them from the premises, or the animal may be taken by local animal control authorities.

• Please report any issues with your site to the Front Desk.

• Electric: Plug your RV power cord in firmly with no space between the plug and the chosen receptacle. Turn on the appropriate power breaker after plug has been inserted. When departing, turn power breaker off before disconnecting your plug from the receptacle. • Water: We recommend the use of a water pressure regulator. • Cable: Connection is available on the back side of the pedestal. Common cable issues can be resolved by checking the following: 1. Verifying your antenna booster is off. 2. Verifying the connection ends of your cable are in good condition. 3. Connecting your cable snuggly, but not overtightened. 4. Conducting a channel search on your TV. • Refuse: Place your refuse in a tied bag near your site bollard between 10 am and 4 pm. Trash will be collected by resort personnel. Please do not leave refuse out overnight or in any open container to avoid wildlife interaction. • Fire Pits: There are communal firepits located on both the North and South sides of the resort. Never leave a campfire unattended and fully extinguish campfires when you are done enjoying them. A personal fire pit can be delivered to your site with the purchase of firewood from the Front Desk. Quantities are limited and sign up is available. • Please do not use portable grills on the picnic table.

NATURE: • Waterfront areas: Please be aware that this is a tidal river. The tide can come in and create swift currents rather quickly. There is NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. • Crabbing and clamming is allowed on our beach. A shellfish license is required for these activities. • Please do not cut, trim or otherwise disturb the natural vegetation in and around the resort • TSUNAMI EVACUATION ROUTE: Proceed on foot up the entry road, cross Cape Arago Hwy and continue east up Kellogg Ln (directly across from the resort entrance).

• The resort is not responsible for and will hold accountable pet owner for any injury or damage caused by pet(s). In addition, the owner of the pet that causes injury or damage to others is expected to resolve the issue directly with the injured party.

FIREARMS AND FIREWORKS are PROHIBITED.

• Pets are allowed in specific cabin rentals. Pets in cabin rentals must be declared at the time of reservation. A pet fee of $25.00 per stay for up to 2 pets will be added to any cabin rental with pets occupying the unit.
