Beaver Lake Campground

Thanks for choosing Beaver Lake Campground in the Black Hills of South Dakota.

We’ll do all we can to make your stay as wonderful as possible. Please comply with the following for everyone’s safety and comfort.

• Quiet Hours: 10 pm to 8 am

• Check In Time: for RVs 1 pm

• Check In time for Cabins: 2 pm

• Check out is 11 am

• Rates: are based on 2 people. Extra guests are $5 per night. Children 5 and under are free, 16 and older are adults. 2 dogs per site maximum.

• Office Hours 8 am to 7:30 pm, 10 am to 4 pm off season.

• WiFi: get on Beaver_Fun, password: goodtimes

• Beaver Lake Campground provides complimentary unsecured WiFi service to guests on an AS-IS basis and assumes no liability as a result of connecting to the services.

• Guest use of WiFi system at own risk.

• Balls & bean bags available for loan in the office.

• No refunds of any kind.

• Surge Protectors are guest responsibility. We strongly suggest them for RV electrical safety.

NOTICE:

• As a registered guest at Beaver Lake Campground, you assume responsibility for your conduct and that of all guests & visitors within your site. You are responsible and are expected to abide by the following rules.

• Obey the 5 mph speed limit within the campground. NO exceptions.

• You must check out by 11 am or a late departure fee equal to daily site rate will be charged.

• Restrooms, showers, & laundry are for guests only.

• Please promptly remove your laundry, leave the facilities neat and clean. Contact office if cleaning is needed.

• Oil change or vehicle repairs allowed only by hired RV techs.

• All vehicles must be currently registered and be in good condition.

• To respect others’ privacy, don’t walk into an occupied site without permission of occupant.

• Sewer connections must comply with regulatory requirements of the State of South Dakota.

• All campsites will remain uncluttered. Storage of any type is prohibited. No tarps.

• Campfires allowed only in designated fire pits.

• Do not move fire pits.

• Put fires out if windy and before going to bed.

• Fire restrictions may apply. We are in a high fire danger area.

• Do not park on grass. Ask for additional parking.

• No fireworks or cutting of firewood.

• Disorderly, ill-mannered conduct or drunkenness will not be tolerated.

• Parents or their guardians are responsible for children’s and pets’ behavior at all times.

• All campground occupants and guests must comply with federal, state, local laws and park rules.

• All cabins are NON smoking. Guests are fully aware that tobacco odor, smoking paraphernalia found inside cabins will result in mandatory minimum cleaning charge of $200 to Guest’s credit card, and authorizes charges to Guest’s credit card.

POOL RULES:

• Pool is open from 9 am to dusk and closed before and after thunderstorms for your safety.

• Open Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Ambient temperatures must be above 60°F for pool to open.

• Pool is 3.5’ deep.

• No diving.

• NO lifeguard on duty.

• Children not toilet-trained must wear swim diapers.

• CHILDREN 14 & UNDER MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY ADULT.

• Waterslide is permanently closed.

Beaver Lake Campground is privately owned. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Guest accepts privileges with the understanding that guest does hereby release Durango Starr LLC and its officers and employees against claims resulting from loss of any kind or damage to property, to guest or any member of family or guest of the registered guest arising out of the use of campground facilities.
