This complimentary directory lists many services and products. Please feel free to take this directory with you when you leave. The staff and management of Pahrump Station Oasis RV Resort wish you a pleasant stay, a safe trip . . . and a speedy return! We want you to feel that this is your “Home away from Home”!
• Guest mail is not delivered to the property. Please make arrangements with the post office or one of the numerous postal businesses in town.
• Check-out time is 12:00 noon. If you wish to stay longer than originally planned, you must make arrangements with the office prior to check-out time. We will do our best to accommodate.
• Rates are to be determined and paid in advance. Rates listed are for two people, one car and one RV (two cars by approval). Refunds will be gladly given and will be calculated at the daily or weekly rate.
• RV Condition: Only newer, self-contained RVs are accepted. All units must be R.V.I.A. approved with plate attached. The Resort reserves the right to refuse RVs not meeting current Resort standards.
• Broken hoses, seals, window air conditioners or sewage/water leakage will not be permitted. Guests are required to replace hose if damaged. A positive sewer seal at both ends of your sewer hose is required by law. RVs must be kept clean (no excessive mold, dirty streaks, etc.) and in good repair at all times. Please be advised that we will charge a $100 fine if you have any hose damage/water leaks.
• Camper shells are to remain on vehicles. No tents/gazebos.
• Quiet hours are from 9:00 pm through 7:00 am. Loud music is prohibited at all times.
• Speed limit is 5 mph.
• No servicing or repairing of cars or RVs in the Resort.
• Washing of RVs or other vehicles is not permitted.
• Vandalism in any form will not be permitted and will be cause for immediate eviction without a refund.
• No hammocks or private pools are allowed.
• No tampering with sprinklers or irrigation devices.
• No feeding wildlife, including wild horses.
• No unauthorized soliciting or selling in or from the RV Resort.
• No private gardens.
• Garbage is to be put in plastic bags, tied and placed in dumpsters. Please do not litter.
• No under RV storage allowed. Storage on top of RVs allowed in approved containers only. Outside of RVs must be kept neat and tidy; no clotheslines or articles hanging outside.
• Pets must be leashed at all times. Please use adjacent desert area for walking pets. No pet is to be left unattended at any site. All pet messes shall be cleaned up immediately. Pets are not allowed in restrooms, laundry or pool area. Aggressive, unruly or barking dogs are not allowed in the Resort. Guests that do not abide by these rules will be asked to leave with no refund.
• Smoking is not permitted in restrooms, laundry area, or pool.
• Barbecues in approved charcoal containers or hibachis are permitted. Open fires are not permitted under any circumstances. No appliances outside.
• No decks or ramps are allowed without management approval.
• Parents are responsible for their children’s conduct and safety.
• Swimming Pool: Please observe the rules posted in the pool area. No lifeguard on duty, use pool at your own risk. The pool is restricted to registered guests only. No bottles or glass allowed in the pool area. No children under 14 unless accompanied by an adult.
• Pahrump Station Oasis RV Resort is not responsible for loss due to fire/theft, utility failure or improper connections. We reserve the right to ask people to leave the premises for nonpayment/noncompliance of the Resort Rules or of Nevada State Law.
• Do not walk through occupied sites, use paths or roads.
• No women in men’s bathroom. No men in women’s bathroom.
