Enjoy the peaceful serenity of the desert while being only minutes away from shopping and entertainment. While enjoying the view of the mountains and desert flora, it is difficult to realize that major conveniences are nearby. Blackstone RV Park amenities include restrooms, showers and a Recreation Hall that are all handicap accessible. Reasonable rates add to the appeal. Residents of the park hold craft classes and potluck dinners. There are individual mail boxes, public telephones and horseshoe pits. A city golf course is in nearby Needles, California. A dump station is on site and propane is delivered once a week. Water is the purest from the park’s well. All 136 sites have electrical hookups with 30 and 50 amp service. The clean laundry room contains 8 washing machines and 8 dryers, all coin operated. Space is also available for Park Models. Park Rules & Regulations 1. All residents of the park, including guests or overnight visitors, must register in. Hours are 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. 2. Rent is based on a one or two adult occupancy only. Additional occupancy will be at an additional charge. No more than four adults allowed on any space. NO REFUNDS ON RENT. 3. A late fee of $15.00 will be charged for rent paid five days past the due date. 4. Notify all correspondents of your new address, including the space number. 5. Management reserves the right to accept or refuse any new tenant coming into the park, particularly on the reselling of an existing trailer in the park. You have the right to sell your trailer, but if the trailer is to remain in the park, then the landlord has the right to either accept or reject a possible buyer. If the trailer is unoccupied, you will be charged for storage while it remains in the park; this includes the road frontage. 6. Minor children are limited to a two week visit in the park. 7. Speed limit in the park is 10 miles per hour. Please dim your car lights when entering the park. STOP SIGNS MUST BE OBEYED AT ALL TIMES. 8. If you have a complaint, you must address it to the manager in the park office only. 9. Leasing, sub-leasing or renting of trailers will not be permitted. 10. Operating or running any type of business is prohibited in the park. 11. No “For Sale” signs are permitted in the park for more than 30 days. 12. No more than two cars permitted per space and no street parking is permitted. 13. No car repairs or car washing permitted in park. 14. Please do not drive through empty sites. 15. All spaces are single family residents. 16. Motorcycles, scooters or mini bikes are not permitted in the park without prior approval of the manager. This has mostly to do with the amount of noise they make. 17. No buildings, additions or fencing will be erected without prior approval from manager. 18. Lots must be kept clean and weeds cut, otherwise the manager will have the lot cleaned and the tenant will be charged $15.00.
19. Open storage outside of trailers or on patios is not permitted. 20. Outside drying of clothes or cloth is not permitted around any trailer. 21. With the exception of flowers, nothing can be planted without permission from the park manager, due to underground utility lines. 22. Do not flush anything down your drains such as rags, cloth, hard paper, sanitary napkins or items made of plastic or rubber. Such items should be wrapped in paper and deposited in the garbage can or canister. 23. All garbage placed in trash containers must first be placed in plastic bags. This is a State Law. 24. All boxes must either be broken down or cut up before depositing in containers. 25. All pets must be approved by management. Maximum one pet per space, exceptions by management approval only. All pets must be on a leash or carried when outside the trailer and may not be tied up and left unattended. IF PET LEAVES DROPPINGS, OWNER MUST DISPOSE OF SAME IMMEDIATELY. Pet owners will be responsible for seeing that their pet in no way disturbs their neighbors. 26. Please be considerate of your neighbors, loud noises are not permitted after 10:00 pm or before 8:00 am. 27. The causing of dissension among the residents of the park will not be allowed or tolerated and will be cause for removal from the park. 28. Disorderly or immoral conduct, abusive language, drunkenness or being inconsiderate to others will not be allowed or tolerated. 29. All park facilities are restricted to park residents and their overnight guests only. 30. All facilities are to be used by tenants and/or guests at their own risk. 31. The owners and/or management absolve themselves from all liability or responsibility of the tenants or guests for loss by fire, accident, theft or any other causes. 32. We ask people not to pull through empty sites.
