In order to make your visit and that of other campers around you a pleasant and happy experience, we ask you to observe the following: OFFICE HOURS: Open 8:00 AM daily. Closing time is seasonal.
FAX AND COPY SERVICE: Available in the clubhouse.
CHILDREN: We welcome children! However, we do ask that a few simple rules be followed: • Children under 13 years of age must be under adult supervision at all times. • You must be 16 years of age to swim alone.
PARKING: Payment is for use of your assigned site only. Parking on or use of another site is prohibited.
SPEED LIMIT is 5 MPH in Resort.
POOL HOURS: Open 9:00 AM. Closing time is 10 PM. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY! SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK! Please observe posted rules.
PLAYGROUND HOURS: Open 8:00 AM. Closing time is seasonal.
QUIET HOURS are to be observed from 10:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Noise should be kept to a minimum during this time. Please respect the privacy of your neighbors.. REGISTRATION: All campers and visitors must register at the office before entering the Resort. You will be given a permit at that time. Check-out time is 11:00 AM and is strictly enforced. WIRELESS INTERNET: Available. $
TRASH PICKUP: Place trash in plastic bags, securely tied, at the front of your space for 9:00 AM pickup. DO NOT leave trash out overnight.
RV AND VEHICLE WASHING: If you wish to wash your RV and/or vehicle, there is a fee. RV AND VEHICLE REPAIR: Mechanical repairs, Including changing of oil and lubing, is prohibited, except by approved and recommended vendors.
CLOTHESLINES: Hanging clothes, towels, etc. from trees, campers, tents, etc, is not allowed. Laundry facilities are provided. VISITORS: Must register at the office and pick up a visitor’s permit. Campers are responsible for the actions of their guests.
SATELLITE DISHES: Limited to ONE (1). OPEN FIRES: Not allowed. Use portable grills.
LIABILITY: We are NOT responsible for theft or injury occurring during your stay.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
MANAGEMENT ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR INJURY, ACCIDENTS OR LOSSES FROM ANY CAUSE. MANAGEMENT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS OF PERSONAL PROPERTY OR FOR ACCIDENTS OF ANY NATURE.
