• PLEASE OBSERVE SPEED LIMIT IN PARK — 5 MPH.

• The owners/management assume no responsibility for accidents, injuries or losses from any cause. Management reserves the right to evict any objectionable guest, visitor or trespasser.

Management Assigns All Sites.

No Refunds on Site Rentals

• CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT: Check-in is 1:00 pm. Check out is 11:00 am Early check-in or late check-out is available on a limited basis. Please check with office for availability.

• REGISTRATION: Register at the office upon arrival or BY 10:00 am the following day if arriving after hours.

• GUESTS: Day guests using the facilities or guests staying overnight will pay $5.00/person. Unless you are a paid overnight guest, you must be out of the park by 10:00 pm

• RV SITES: Rates are based on 4-person occupancy and one vehicle per site.

• Please keep all Cords, Cables and Hoses coiled and out of the way of mowers and weed eaters. We will not be responsible for your hose if the maintenance crew hits your hose with the weed eater.

• It is mandatory that your sewer and/or gray water hose have a sewer connection attached to prevent sewer gasses from escaping. NO “Y” ON CITY WATER. Monthly guests are responsible for placing their sewer hose inside a PVC pipe or other hose support system.

• All Satellite Dishes and cords MUST be kept off grass.

• No tents allowed. Truck campers cannot be removed from trucks. All RVs must be fully self-contained.

• No Clotheslines.

• PARKING: Park in your rented space only. Other spaces are for rent and must be available at all times. Vehicles must be parked on your designated site only! Any other vehicle, boat, etc., must be put in storage. If vehicle is parked on vacant site you will be charged rental fee.

• WATER: Well water is supplied throughout the Park (red faucets) and should be used for watering grass and any other activity not requiring potable water. NO WASHING VEHICLES, BOATS, OR RVs without authorization from the office.

• TRASH BINS: NO OYSTER SHELLS, CRAB, SHRIMP OR FISH may be dumped in the trash bins.

• QUIET TIME: 10:00 pm to 8:00 am

• NO SMOKING in any of our buildings. Discard cigarette butts properly.

• Wireless internet available.

• CHILDREN: Must be supervised at all times. Children 15 and under are not permitted in the POOL or POOL AREA, on the PIER or in the RECREATION HALL without Adult Supervision. No skates or skateboards in the park. All children and teenagers must be at their campsites by 10:00 pm. Quiet time is 10:00 pm until 8:00 am. Please be considerate of your sleeping neighbors. Parents/grandparents are responsible for their children.

• POOL: No glass or food in the pool area. NO LIFEGUARD on duty. Please follow posted rules. Children 15 and under are not permitted in the POOL or POOL AREA without adult supervision. No jumping or diving in pool.

• RECREATION HALL: The recreation hall is available to all campers, except on specified dates when reserved exclusively for group use. These dates will be posted on the refrigerator. Please reserve your group dates at the office. The laundry room and restrooms will be accessible through the laundry room door by the pool.

• POOL TABLE: YOU MUST BE 21 TO USE THE POOL TABLE.

• Skates and skateboards are PROHIBITED in the park.

• PIER: No bicycles or scooters allowed on the pier.

• PETS: Three (3) pets maximum per site. 50lb limit per dog. Pets must be quiet, on a leash no longer than 6 feet and never left outside unattended. Please walk your pet in the designated area across Fulton Beach Road. NO pets allowed in pool area, buildings or another guest’s site. Be considerate of others and ALWAYS pick up after your pets.

• Cleanliness is next to Godliness; you do your share, and we will do ours. PLEASE ENJOY YOURSELF! Safe travels, and invite your friends to come down to BLUE LAGOONS RV RESORT!
