GUIDELINES FOR EVERYONE’S SAFETY & ENJOYMENT Enjoy your stay without detracting from your safety, or the safety and enjoyment of others. BE RESPECTFUL. BE CONSIDERATE: • No smoking on premises. • No drunkenness, disorderly conduct, use of profanity, or loud music. • No alcoholic drinks except at your site/trailer/motorhome. (Please be respectful of your neighbors.) • Deal with your pets so they are not disruptive to other guests. • Limit RC toy (cars, trucks, planes, helicopters, etc.) use in remote areas. • Do not walk through other’s sites (occupied or not). • Do not use firewood unless purchased from the office. SITE SPACE: • All your items need to stay within your site space. (Park within your site space.) • You are responsible for keeping your site clean and organized. • Nothing is to be stored underneath your RV or Trailer...(Fire and SD County rule.) • Only the following items are allowed: 2 ice chests, lawn furniture ONLY, lawn exterior carpet, BBQ pit, bicycles, approved fire ring, picnic table, garden box for all misc. items. • No storage sheds are allowed on sites, we have a designated area for storage sheds. • Monthly guests: Please put away all tablecloths, chairs, firewood, trash, and any other items if vacating your site for more than one night. • ANYTHING ELSE NEEDS TO BE APPROVED BY OFFICE STAFF FIRST. VEHICLES & DRIVING: • All Rigs and Vehicles must have current registration and insurance at all times. No Exceptions. • Drive only on paved roads, 5 MPH speed limit. (Licensed drivers only) • No alcohol drinking and driving. • Pedestrians have the right of way. • Do not drive through other’s sites (occupied or not). • Street legal vehicles (besides quads, side by sides, etc.) are allowed to be driven only on paved roads. • All vehicles must have stock mufflers and spark arrestors are required. • Quads, 3 wheelers, dirt bikes, side by sides, and dune buggies are not permitted to be driven within the park. This applies to both paved roads and dirt roads/trails. Off-road vehicles may only be driven from the front gate to your site. Off-road trails are available OUTSIDE of our property. Please keep in mind that if your off-road vehicle does not have a stock muffler, you must walk the vehicle into and out of the property. RV AND TRAILER PARKING: • The majority of our sites are “Back-In” only, please do not pull through unless it is an assigned pull through site. • Park parallel to power pedestal. • Park with pedestal on driver’s side. • Your site space is from pedestal to pedestal. Do not encroach on your neighbors’ site space, occupied or not. VEHICLE PARKING: • Park in your assigned site space. • Limit 2 vehicles per site. • You can rent a second space for additional parking if needed and available. PARK GATE CARDS: • Max of two gate cards are available per site space. We require a valid credit card on file. • If gate card is not returned when guest checks out we have the right to charge guest’s credit card $25.00 per gate card to replace the gate card. • Park guests are not allowed to let anyone else use their gate card. • Park guests agree not to let others in with their gate cards. • Visitors and all other guests must check in & register with the office before entering park. SANITATION: • Sewer seals are mandatory at all times. • Trash dumpsters are located next to the “Dog Run” for all guests. You are responsible for taking your trash to dumpsters. • Blue recycling bins are located throughout the park for all guests to use. CHILDREN: • Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult in public areas and park buildings. Children under the age of 18 must wear a helmet at all times when riding bicycles or scooters in park.

• Bicycles and scooters are to be ridden on paved roads and trails only. No riding through site spaces. • Motorized toys should not exceed 5 MPH. be considerate of your neighbors. PETS: • Pets must remain on a leash whenever outside of your unit. One end on pet, other end on stable object. • Do not leave pet unattended outside of your unit if outside the park. • Pick up after your pet at all times and put waste in trash bins. Pet poop bags are available at store. • There is a “Dog Bark” area for off leash exercise. Dogs are not to be left alone in this area. • No Pit Bull, Doberman, Rottweiler, or Wolf breeds are allowed in our park. PARK ANIMALS: • Guests are not permitted to feed, pet, or ride any of the animals on the property. • Guests are not allowed to enter horse corrals and goat pen unless authorized by management. POOL & HOT TUB RULES: • Pool/ Hot tub are available exclusively to guests only. • Everyone must shower before entering the pool or hot tub. • Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult in the pool area. • All children under 3 must wear swim diapers while in pool. • No street clothes allowed in pool or hot tub. • No children under the age of 16 are allowed in hot tub. • No playing or horse play in hot tub. Hot tub is for relaxation. • No diving or cannon balling into pool or hot tub. • ABSOLUTELY NO FOOD OR DRINKS OF ANY KIND IN POOL AREA. • ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR CHEWING GUM in or around pool or hot tub area. • ANYONE NOT ABIDING BY THE RULES MAY BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE POOL AREA AND NOT ALLOWED TO RETURN. THEY WILL LOSE THEIR POOL AND HOT TUB PRIVILEGES. INTERNET & WIFI: • Any form of abuse or misuse of Internet/wifi are prohibited and subject to restriction. This includes sharing Internet/wifi passwords with other guests. Sharing park with others: • All visitors must register at office before entering park. Guests are not allowed to use their gate key to allow visitors into the property. • You are responsible for your visitors and they must follow the park rules. RESOURCE PROTECTION: trees, vegetation, landscaping, and dirt: • No cutting, pruning, or marking of trees or bushes. • No nails or spikes in trees. FIRES AND FIREWOOD: • Permitted in approved fire rings only. • Must be attended. • Fires must not exceed the height of 24 inches. • Extinguish fires when unattended. • NO OUTSIDE FIREWOOD IS PERMITTED IN THE PARK. • Firewood can be purchased at the office. CRITTERS: • No hunting or target shooting in park. • Do not feed wild animals in park. • You are responsible for your own pest control in your unit. • Do not place unprotected baits or poisons outside your unit. CANCELLATION POLICY: • Should you need to reschedule, please do so within 24 hours prior to your arrival date. Sites: 48 hrs before the reservation date there is a $10 non-refundable fee. 48 hrs within the reservation date the whole deposit amount is forfeited. Cabins: 7 days before the reservation date there is a $10 non-refundable fee. 7 days within the reservation date the whole deposit amount is forfeited. • You may reschedule your reservation, based on availability, within 12 months of your original check in date at no cost.
