• Rig & Site Appearance: We reserve the right to refuse service to any rig based upon appearance &/or condition. RVs 10 years old or older are subject to management approval. It is mandatory that your sewer & gray water hose have a sewer connection (sewer collar/donut) attached to prevent sewer gasses from escaping. No campfires are allowed. BBQ grills are permitted. No clotheslines, skirting, window A/C units, trash cans, or any type of permanent structures are permitted. Brickhouse RV Resort is intended for temporary housing only & should give that appearance. You may stay as long as you wish, but be sure your site remains uncluttered. Vehicles or RVs may be washed for a water usage fee (please call the office to make a payment), or you may come to the office for information regarding licensed RV washing companies. All repairs on vehicles &/or RVs must be approved by management. • Cabins: No pets are allowed in cabins &/or porches — no exceptions. No smoking is permitted in the cabins. There is a maximum of 2 guests per cabin; cabins may not be sublet. Rules & regulations set for the RV sites also apply to the cabins. • Quiet Hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. If we have to call the authorities once for a disturbance at your site or cabin, you will be required to leave. No loud music is allowed at any time. • You are responsible for your guests. Please advise them of the Brickhouse RV Resort rules & guidelines. • Brickhouse RV Resort, its employees &/or agents, reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to increase rental, water or electric rates at any time. Failure to observe & adhere to the resort guidelines may result in non-renewal of your site/cabin. Blatant disregard of resort guidelines &/or offensive behavior may result in premature termination of your stay with NO REFUNDS. • No liability: User hereby indemnifies, released & holds campground, its officers, owners, employees & agents (the “campground parties”) harmless from any property damage, personal injury claims, causes of action, damages, loss, expenses &/or liabilities (hereafter collectively, “loss”) arising out of or related to users use of the RV site/cabin, the property &/or any condition thereon, regardless of whether such loss was caused by the negligence of any of the campground parties. • Brickhouse RV Resort guests are responsible for all damages to resort property. • You may not assign or sublet your site &/or cabin. You are being provided services under a site services agreement. You are not under a landlord/tenant arrangement. Theft of services law applies. If your RV does not meet our standards, we will not permit you to stay. • BRICKHOUSE RV RESORT, ITS EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS MAY, AT THEIR DISCRETION, REFUSE SPACE FOR RENT WITHOUT REASON AT ANY TIME. RENTER SHALL HAVE 24 HOURS TO VACATE. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN ALL UTILITIES & ELECTRICITY TO BE DISCONNECTED IMMEDIATELY. ELECTRICITY & WATER ARE THE PROPERTY OF BRICKHOUSE RV RESORT. FAILURE TO PAY RENT DUE IS CONSIDERED “THEFT OF SERVICE” TEXAS PENAL CODE 31.04 & CRIMINAL TRESPASS 30.05.

• Brickhouse RV Resort offers extended stay service (28 days / 4 weeks) for guests. This includes your site, parking for 1 vehicle (2nd vehicle must fit in the site), swimming pool, Wi-Fi, cable TV, water, use of laundry room & restrooms/showers. • Rent & Electric Fees are due at the end of each 28 days. A $10.00 a day late fee starts the 3rd day past your due date & accrues until paid in full. (No partial payments are permitted — no exceptions.) • Rates are based upon 2 people per site. Extra adults 18 years & older will be billed at $5.00 per night. Maximum number of occupants per RV is 4 persons. All minors (under 16 years old) must be accompanied by an adult at all times in RVs & cabins & on resort property. Minors riding bicycles, scooters, etc. must be accompanied by an adult at all times. No additional guests are allowed without prior authorization from RV Management. Occupants are to be original guests only. Payment may be made by cash, credit card or money order. (No checks are accepted.) • You will be charged a $150.00 deposit for your 30/50/100 amp electric service upon your booking a reservation. Your electric meter will be read upon your arrival, at the end of each 4-week stay, & upon your departure from the resort. Final reading & bill will be deducted from your deposit, & the difference will be charged or refunded. You are responsible for any amount owed over the electric deposit collected. • If your deposit was originally paid in cash, you will receive the balance of your deposit (if applicable) by check to be mailed within 30 days to the address we have on file. If paid by credit card, the balance will be credited to your credit card on file. • Sorry, there are no proratings or refunds on cancellations. You may change your arrival date 1 time prior to arrival, but Brickhouse RV Resort cannot guarantee the same site that was originally requested. (The new arrival date must be within 1 year of original reservation.) Upon request, guests with daily or weekly reservations may request a camp voucher to be used within 1 year of your original arrival date. (Extended stay reservations are excluded on camp vouchers.) • Pets: Well behaved pets are welcome at Brickhouse RV Resort. There is a maximum of 2 pets per RV site. They must be kept on a leash & cannot be left outside unattended. Dog waste must be picked up immediately, or a $20.00 fee may be charged for each violation. Doggy stations with bags & trash cans are provided for your convenience. No aggressive behavior will be permitted by any animal. Aggressive breeds are not permitted. Service animals are required to have official paperwork. • Speed Limit: 5 MPH • Parking & Vehicles: Vehicles parked in an empty site &/or coned sites will be towed at the owners’ expense. You are allowed 1 vehicle on your site, unless a 2nd vehicle completely fits on your concrete site. Do not park on the grass at any time. Entrance mats or carpets need to be confined to the paved area of the site; do not cover the grass. No vehicle repairs shall be made on premises. • Golf Carts must observe the speed limit. You must be a licensed driver to operate a golf cart on Brickhouse RV Resort property — absolutely no exceptions.
