Early Departure: There are no REFUNDS for Early Departure.

AWNING ALERT!

High Winds are prevalent in this area. Many an awning has been lost to gusts of wind. Ensure that your awning is either up or securely tied down at all times.

Guidelines

Speed Limit: 7 mph — In all areas of the Campground. Quiet Hours: 10pm until 7am. Please be considerate of your neighbors — No loud talking, music, TV, etc., between these hours. Strictly enforced! Note: Playground closes at 10pm. Vehicles: Only one RV and one or two vehicles allowed on each site. Overflow parking and storage is available on the Upper Campground for extra vehicles and trailers. No vehicle/trailer/RV washing is permitted. Dogs with responsible owners are welcome. Responsible owners will: 1. Keep their pets on a leash or in a cage/pen/RV/tent at all times. 4. Never leave their pets unattended. 5. Respect others by cleaning up after their pets. 2. Keep their pets inside the tent or RV at night. 3. Keep their pets quiet at all times. ATVs/Dirt Bikes/Motorized or Electric Scooters: Are welcome but must remain on trailers. They may not be ridden within the Campground. Trailers may be placed in our storage area for the duration of your stay.

Picnic Tables: May be moved, but must be returned to their original position before your departure. Irrigation Canals: Are TO private property and may not be obstructed in DENVER any way. Anyone285found damming a canal will be required to immediately H ST remove4Tall ST rocks from the canal. MA I N

Fires: Permitted on individual sites on Lower Campground only. A community fire pit is available on the Upper Campground. Fires must be contained within fireboxes at all times. Trees and shrubs within the Campground are part of the landscaping, not firewood. Do not cut or collect branches or wood from campground or adjoining private property. TO

Bike Riding: Is permitted in all areas except the steep road between the Upper and Lower Campgrounds, and all pedestrian walkways.
